  1. It would be good if we could have a simple visual report that would basically reflect (contents, layout) what is on the booking grid.

  2. Book for a group of people in one time will be a great idea for collaboration spaces where people have to work together. It is something between booking a desk for someone else and booking a room for a group of people.
    Majority of companies have their new way of working environement and try to give flexibility. this feature will give added value to this kind of approche.
    Thanks to think about that in your next developpement.

  3. Make available in Advanced Reports - Newly provisioned users report + Date of user provisioning so the users can be filtered out based on the date they were provisioned in Condeco.

  5. I believe it would be handy when a user initially logs into condeco web portal, the today screen\quick desk search which shows current bookings, that they can perform a quick search to make a booking but have the ability to see the floor maps and not just a list of resources from the selected group

  6. Once this functionality got disabled, it started affecting our service. Normally, we create hundreds of accounts which now consumes a lot of time, and all details must be triple checked in order to not make mistakes. If it got enabled, it would improve our productivity.

  7. If a blind managed confirmed booking is amended by the end user the booking drops off the grid as it is in a "new and updated" status. This risks the original booked and confirmed room being assigned to another booking request.
    It would be better for these bookings to stay on grid and show as pending.

  8. Align enterprise screen profile settings with Connect screen settings. We are losing some functionality when we switched over to Linux screens.

    • Only the booking creator can action on the panel using RFID
    • Restrict start meeting to host/requester is useless now
    • Restrict end meeting to host/requester is useless now

  9. When booking multiple rooms. If Room A is free and is added to the booking but Room B is not free and you select Alternative times the Add-in should confirm that Room A is also free at this time.

    In the event that multiple rooms/multiple locations are required this is crucial to a successful booking journey.

  10. When a user/admin enters duplicate service items for the same deliver time the system currently clubs them items together and adds the quantities together.
    It would be better for the system to alert the user/admin they are entering duplicate items for the same delivery time and to change one of the duplicates to a different delivery time or delete the item.

  11. In the web application you will get detailed information (room picture, floor plan, equipment) when clicking on a room description within the advanced grid overview. Same behavior is expected in the "advanced grid" view of the Outlook Add-In.

  13. We would like a feature that we could set a limit on to block/suspend a user for X amount of days from booking appointments after they have X amount of no shows.

    Currently we have a 20% of meeting No Shows shown in the dashboard. We would like to advise users that if they have X no shows in an Y day period, hey will be automatically suspended or blocked from booking meetings for Z days. (X, Y & Z is configurable to admins within the Connect portal).

    This would promote a better respect behaviour to our meeting rooms and…

  14. Indicate the meeting title and date/time in the confirmation pop up when deleting a booking in the grid.

    It happens that admin right click on the wrong appointment in the advanced grid and delete the wrong booking.

  15. While some users like the confirmation emails, others apparently do not and feel it's just cluttering their mailbox. Is it possible to add a user profile setting that would enable/disable the sending of emails to that user?

  16. When the vendor receives a new booking, he can only take charge of it (accept, on its way ...), but he can't refuse it (for exemple if the informations are wrong, if an article is temporary unavailable ...).
    Currently the administrators can refuse the booking of a room with an explanation sent by email. Can we do the same thing for catering ?

  17. It would be great if we could add a notes tab into Condeco.

    We currently have a Notes tab in our current system, that allows us to record alot of information regarding the booking, that we do not want the requestor to see, i.e invoicing details, when the booking was made, by which method, changes or anything that happend to to the meeting on the day.

    We find this tab extremely useful to store adhoc information.

  18. Would be great if there could be a delete limit on Catering items.

    Users currently can currently delete items at any time even if there is a delete limit on rooms, which can be frustrating if you have a Catering Cancellation policy.

  19. It would be good to allow the vendor manager to reset or go back a step to change the status of items on the dashboard
    Sometimes the vendor has made an error and changed the status of the wrong room ie delivered and then can't change back to in-progress etc.

  20. If you have a lot of service items it is very time-consuming to remove or add rooms.

    You’ll need click through all the single items to add or remove it from the availability list.

    Is there a way existing services such as the location of the room can be displayed on the room admin page (similar to the attributes on the righthand side).

    Depending on the location selected this list would vary.

    This would make it easier to add or remove (tick/untick) services to a particular room without having to go to all the single service items
