  1. the RTO build has this feature where in, when we enable the Self Certification on the Location, we will not be able to book desk for other users. we would like to be able to book for a colleague as they still will need to self certify and check in.

  2. When a visitor is being added and the visiting period spans over multiple days, the solution shall allow the user to record the reoccurrence of the visitor:
    • Daily
    • Weekly
    • Monthly

  3. We use our own self-certification forms hosted on O365. We require staff and visitors to self-certify prior to coming into the office by completing our form. It would be great if the welcome message on the today page would accept HTML (like the e-mail templates) so we can link to our form from there. Same for the self-certify popup on the mobile app. Would be great if people could click thru from the popup to our own form.

    Would also be nice to use some own corporate branding like a logo on the Welcome / today page.

  4. We would like to have the ability to select closed days.
    Our office closes every Friday but am unable to set desks closed more than one week in advance. Could do with having business days as a tick box in Global settings.

  5. We want to prevent administrators from being able to book for today, or check-in on behalf of users, in locations where self-certification is enabled so that the process cannot be circumvented.

  7. Book for a group of people in one time will be a great idea for collaboration spaces where people have to work together. It is something between booking a desk for someone else and booking a room for a group of people.
    Majority of companies have their new way of working environement and try to give flexibility. this feature will give added value to this kind of approche.
    Thanks to think about that in your next developpement.

  8. Make available in Advanced Reports - Newly provisioned users report + Date of user provisioning so the users can be filtered out based on the date they were provisioned in Condeco.

I believe it would be handy when a user initially logs into condeco web portal, the today screen\quick desk search which shows current bookings, that they can perform a quick search to make a booking but have the ability to see the floor maps and not just a list of resources from the selected group

  12. Once this functionality got disabled, it started affecting our service. Normally, we create hundreds of accounts which now consumes a lot of time, and all details must be triple checked in order to not make mistakes. If it got enabled, it would improve our productivity.

  13. If a blind managed confirmed booking is amended by the end user the booking drops off the grid as it is in a "new and updated" status. This risks the original booked and confirmed room being assigned to another booking request.
    It would be better for these bookings to stay on grid and show as pending.

  14. Align enterprise screen profile settings with Connect screen settings. We are losing some functionality when we switched over to Linux screens.

    • Only the booking creator can action on the panel using RFID
    • Restrict start meeting to host/requester is useless now
    • Restrict end meeting to host/requester is useless now

  15. When booking multiple rooms. If Room A is free and is added to the booking but Room B is not free and you select Alternative times the Add-in should confirm that Room A is also free at this time.

    In the event that multiple rooms/multiple locations are required this is crucial to a successful booking journey.

  16. When a user/admin enters duplicate service items for the same deliver time the system currently clubs them items together and adds the quantities together.
    It would be better for the system to alert the user/admin they are entering duplicate items for the same delivery time and to change one of the duplicates to a different delivery time or delete the item.

  17. In the web application you will get detailed information (room picture, floor plan, equipment) when clicking on a room description within the advanced grid overview. Same behavior is expected in the "advanced grid" view of the Outlook Add-In.

  19. We would like a feature that we could set a limit on to block/suspend a user for X amount of days from booking appointments after they have X amount of no shows.

    Currently we have a 20% of meeting No Shows shown in the dashboard. We would like to advise users that if they have X no shows in an Y day period, hey will be automatically suspended or blocked from booking meetings for Z days. (X, Y & Z is configurable to admins within the Connect portal).

    This would promote a better respect behaviour to our meeting rooms and…

  20. Indicate the meeting title and date/time in the confirmation pop up when deleting a booking in the grid.

    It happens that admin right click on the wrong appointment in the advanced grid and delete the wrong booking.
