  1. When viewing the booking grid for a building, PLEASE set it so that the rooms will be in floor order instead of jumbled around as they appear now. It makes searching for an alternate, floor-adjacent room extremely frustrating.

  4. This feature seems to have been removed...
    Can we have the option reinstated to order the meeting rooms on the booking grid? ie. room 101, then room 102 etc. going across the grid instead of being mixed up.

  5. Or office administration teams really need the meeting title in the 'Meeting Spaces | Requests [ ]' view. It helps them prioritize which to address first, regardless of the order they came in. There are a lot of other data columns in the view that are of no use to us. Generally speaking, it would be great if we can customize what columns appear in the view, especially if they are existing data fields on the meeting request form.

  6. At the moment the geolocation automatic check-in functionality only works in a users default office location. With being a business that operates over 3 offices and our employees regularly visiting the other offices, to have the geolocation automatic check-in functionality work in other offices would be ideal.

  7. The option for 'On arrival notify me by email' doesn't work if there's no meeting selected. We don't use the Meeting Spaces module but we still want to notify the host when the visitor has arrived. Can this changed so the Host is notified whether or not there's a meeting selected?

  8. we need to export the list of serial numbers from Condeco screens to uploaded into our Asset inventory.
    Is there a way to get both the Serial Number and MAC address exported to CSV from the admin portal rather than having to go to each individual screen and take it down with a barcode scanner?

  9. Example I have a meeting which required 1 main room and 2 breakout rooms.

    It would be good to connect all three rooms in the 1 main booking.
    When I open the main booking the ability to see the other rooms and make changes to them if necessary.

  12. Capturing all of the fields in the Location admin page so we can audit the setup of all of our locations in one report. Similar to what we have requested for Groups and Users.

  13. Book for a group of people in one time will be a great idea for collaboration spaces where people have to work together. It is something between booking a desk for someone else and booking a room for a group of people.
    Majority of companies have their new way of working environement and try to give flexibility. this feature will give added value to this kind of approche.
    Thanks to think about that in your next developpement.

  14. The geofencing technology is great to automatically check you in at your desk. It would be great if you could have the same functionality to prompt you to release your desk when you leave the vicinity?
    Many users are forgetting to release their desks at the end of the day.

  17. In view of COVID19, it would be good if Admins could retroactively book a desk on a past date, in case someone showed up at the office without actually booking a desk.
    That would be very useful to allow contact-tracing.

  20. Our open office environment is very saturated - 100% reserved on a regular basis with a number of people who wish to but can't reserve a desk. It'd be great if we could capture the number of people who are unable to get a desk. This could help drive our real estate team to manage the allocation of seats to different depts/teams based on demand
