  1. Condeco Room Screens do not have support for the Brazilian Portuguese Language.
    We have several screens running in Brazil, and the user has to understand other languages to use them. It causes mistakes during the use.

  2. The Room Screen does not have a GMT-3 for São Paulo city in Brazil or any other city in Brazil.
    We have to ask the client to use other cities available, but we have problems because each country has different daylight saving schedules.


    The Room Screen currently does not offer a GMT+3 time zone option specifically for Riyadh or any other city in Saudi Arabia.

    As a result, we are forced to ask clients to select alternate cities within the same time zone, which can cause confusion and lead to incorrect configurations or misunderstandings.

  3. We have more employees than desks. Teams are keen to sit together and so one desk will be booked by different teams on different days of the week. Could you create a flexible desk allocation system (like the booking grid) where an admin can allocate desks to teams and it can be adjustable as required?

  5. Currently, it is not possible to provide admin roles to users via external API (SCIM).

    Idea is to manage these over Azure/AD groups in the same way like group mapping for restricted ressources.

  6. It would be nice to be able to access the Meeting Spaces Booking Grid on the mobile app. Our Facilities department would like to see what meeting is in which room, the number of attendees, room configuration, notes, and host name when they are away from their laptops. Thank you.

  7. Where there may be multiple devices listed under the "heartbeat not received" section on the Connect Screen Manager, it would be beneficial to have the ability to restart a group of devices rather than having to click on each device listed & restart it individually.

  8. Currently a user who needs to view reports must be made a member of an admin group. Users should be given the least amount of access to the application to do their job. Please create the functionaly to give select users the ability to view/run reports. This way we can assign a person in HR to view run/reports, without giving them the additional privileges and access to manage the application.

    The use case is that certain users need to use the reporting feature, but they have absolutely no business being able to access, view, or manage the application's configuration.

  9. We would like an automated email notification when a service is booked as part of a room booking. We would like to send the email notification to a different recipient(s) based on the type of service requested.

  11. Request to add 'desk type' in the basic resource report
    we are using as baseline for the utilization report
    against bookings from the usage report

  13. GET API endpoints should support filters that allow retrieving resource information based on External ID set through the API. The list of resources include:
    - Country
    - Region
    - Location
    - Floor
    - Resource Group
    - User

  14. For various reasons some customers prefer the hardware from Crestron. It would be great to run the Condeco meetin room App on their TSS scheduling panels. Since Condeco is 95% about software, the added flexibility will for sure outweigh the loss of hardware business for some customers dont wanting the condeco hardware.

  15. Bump warning lead times are currently only editable by Condeco administrators, it would be nice if this functionality also existed for global administrators. Furthermore, it would be great if the bump warnings could be defined differently for each country, i.e. the language and the time could be defined differently for each country. Currently only one language and a lead time for the bump warnings can be set.
    Another point would be to build an "Auto CheckIn link" into the Bump Warnings -> checkin is done by clicking on the link.

  16. For now, it is forbidden to change Resource Group for the existed desk by setting a new externalGroupId in DesksPostDesksV1.

    As a golden source, we use another corporate office management system, so any scenario of workspace reorganization cannot be implemented and requires a manual double entry.

    It would be really appreciated to have a possibility of full integration with Condeco system.

  17. When viewing the booking grid for a building, PLEASE set it so that the rooms will be in floor order instead of jumbled around as they appear now. It makes searching for an alternate, floor-adjacent room extremely frustrating.

  18. Full support of the iPad for use with the Condeco app. The Apple App Store indicates it is fully supported, along with screenshots, however it appears not to be supported.

    There are minor bugs in the app - changing your status on the home screen crashes the app, otherwise it appears to function well.

  19. Or office administration teams really need the meeting title in the 'Meeting Spaces | Requests [ ]' view. It helps them prioritize which to address first, regardless of the order they came in. There are a lot of other data columns in the view that are of no use to us. Generally speaking, it would be great if we can customize what columns appear in the view, especially if they are existing data fields on the meeting request form.

  20. At the moment if a desk is bumped because it hasn't been checked into or used the desk automatically goes to 'Awaiting Cleaning' status. It would be useful for bumped desks that haven't been used to go back into general circulation for booking rather than to 'Awaiting cleaning' as the desk will have been cleaned the previous evening so wouldn't need cleaned again.
