  1. Currently a user who needs to view reports must be made a member of an admin group. Users should be given the least amount of access to the application to do their job. Please create the functionaly to give select users the ability to view/run reports. This way we can assign a person in HR to view run/reports, without giving them the additional privileges and access to manage the application.

    The use case is that certain users need to use the reporting feature, but they have absolutely no business being able to access, view, or manage the application's configuration.

  2. We would like an automated email notification when a service is booked as part of a room booking. We would like to send the email notification to a different recipient(s) based on the type of service requested.

  4. GET API endpoints should support filters that allow retrieving resource information based on External ID set through the API. The list of resources include:
    - Country
    - Region
    - Location

  5. For various reasons some customers prefer the hardware from Crestron. It would be great to run the Condeco meetin room App on their TSS scheduling panels. Since Condeco is 95% about software, the added flexibility will for sure outweigh the loss of hardware business for some customers dont wanting the condeco hardware.

  6. For now, it is forbidden to change Resource Group for the existed desk by setting a new externalGroupId in DesksPostDesksV1.

    As a golden source, we use another corporate office management system, so any scenario of workspace reorganization cannot be implemented and requires a manual double entry.

    It would be really appreciated to have a possibility of full integration with Condeco system.

  7. When viewing the booking grid for a building, PLEASE set it so that the rooms will be in floor order instead of jumbled around as they appear now. It makes searching for an alternate, floor-adjacent room extremely frustrating.

  8. Full support of the iPad for use with the Condeco app. The Apple App Store indicates it is fully supported, along with screenshots, however it appears not to be supported.

    There are minor bugs in the app - changing your status on the home screen crashes the app, otherwise it appears to function well.

  9. Currently, the 'Field Selection' fields when editing or creating reports are displayed in no apparent order. From user experience perspective, it would make more sense to sort them alphabetically by default so the required fields are easier to find.

  10. Or office administration teams really need the meeting title in the 'Meeting Spaces | Requests [ ]' view. It helps them prioritize which to address first, regardless of the order they came in. There are a lot of other data columns in the view that are of no use to us. Generally speaking, it would be great if we can customize what columns appear in the view, especially if they are existing data fields on the meeting request form.

  11. At the moment if a desk is bumped because it hasn't been checked into or used the desk automatically goes to 'Awaiting Cleaning' status. It would be useful for bumped desks that haven't been used to go back into general circulation for booking rather than to 'Awaiting cleaning' as the desk will have been cleaned the previous evening so wouldn't need cleaned again.

  12. The option for 'On arrival notify me by email' doesn't work if there's no meeting selected. We don't use the Meeting Spaces module but we still want to notify the host when the visitor has arrived. Can this changed so the Host is notified whether or not there's a meeting selected?

  13. Rerouting to Parking layout after booking a personal space. E.g., if someone books a personal space, he should be getting a pop-up to book a parking space as well rather than going back to select the floor. This means after receiving the notification of Desk has been booked, it should ask for "Do you need to book a Parking" with the option YES or NO.   14. we need to export the list of serial numbers from Condeco screens to uploaded into our Asset inventory.
    Is there a way to get both the Serial Number and MAC address exported to CSV from the admin portal rather than having to go to each individual screen and take it down with a barcode scanner?

  15. Example I have a meeting which required 1 main room and 2 breakout rooms.

    It would be good to connect all three rooms in the 1 main booking.
    When I open the main booking the ability to see the other rooms and make changes to them if necessary.

  16. The Admin level for managing vendors is currently set to Global Admin, this is far too high and requires more people to have global access than necessary. . Can this level be reduced to Location Admin.

  17. We have signed up with Condeco Desk booking as we have less desks then we have employees. But we actually have even less parking places then desks.

    To streamline the usage of parking places, we were thinking to use Condeco Desk booking for booking a desk as well as a parking place. The parking places are not fixed and should be "virtual"

    At the moment I understand that it's not possible to book 2 places at the same time. For a short term solution, could this be made possible?

    For a long term solution maybe Condeco can implement a Parking…
