For adjacent desk configuration: allow for users to select near by desks using a GUI or similar visual plan (ex. via the floorplan). Objects highlighted automatically become "adjacent" in the system.

Add "Needs cleaning/Clean" state to desk screens.
Add a state to desk screens and desk booking that helps admin identify desks that needs cleaning, and set the state to cleaned.

Need a way to report users who aren't able to book a desk
Our open office environment is very saturated - 100% reserved on a regular basis with a number of people who wish to but can't reserve a desk. It'd be great if we could capture the number of people who are unable to get a desk. This could help drive our real estate team to manage the allocation of seats to different depts/teams based on demand

Global Admin to approve system changes
As a global firm with many offices we have established a global standard of how the application is to be configured.
To avoid the Country and Location admins deviating from the global standard it would be good if anything they change went to a pending state and the global admin can either accept the change or override/reject.6 votes -
Booking desk for a week
While finding or booking a desk for a week, every time the User have to click on all days of the week if need to book for the entire week. Instead of that, we can have a book for entire week checkbox that automatically selects all days in a week, so that the User can book desk quickly in a single click for the week.

Sorting Room List
I've logged into Home and looking at the Search Results. It would be very helpful and nice if I could click on the Column Header and sort the information based on what I would like to see.
Right now, I have to scroll through a massive room list and I still do not find my preference easily!

Enable Advanced Reports for User mode WITHOUT Admin rights
Hey,
could you please consider adding a possibility to give a regular User the rights to start the Advanced Reports without administration rights ?
Per design currently we can add the rights to access the Advanced Reports menu but cannot run the reports without admin rights.Thank you in advance for your help.

URL page on mobile app
Can the URL page be remembered and hidden in the mobile app? This way there will be less clicks when the users have to re-login on the mobile app.

Raise screen connection incidents to servicenow
Integration to report and raise incidents in service management software, to allow the reporting of screen connection issues to service now. The connect portal offers useful information but, many organizations do not have the capacity for staff to be checking for new reports in connecting manually. The overnight reports are useful however by the time business hours begin the issues the reports are already 5-6 hours out of date. Having an automated incident process assigned to the support team in real-time takes away the need for checking the portal throughout the day or relying on customers to call the helpdesk…

The condeco server should pickup the local customer time & date and not a UTC time for vendor management/logging
The condeco server should pickup the local customer time & date and not a UTC time for vendor management/logging.
We had that issue already discussed with the condeco technical support:
The timezone for logging/managing vendor things appears to be fixed as UTC time (according to the support) and not our local time zone.
Logging for print etc. are set to UTC time zone, which appears always as a different time than our local time zone. This need to be a consistent process for logging/managing the time zones server wide/account setting wise (!) and not for every part of the system…

Stay logged in for longer
Condeco locks us out after a short period of time, can it keep up logged in all day? As the PAs especially use it all day!
