  3. Please add an option to edit the “Desk Booking reminder” email template under the group administration in the application setup and create an option to edit all the notification email templates under the group administration.

  4. Incorporate survey after the meeting is over Staff should be able to provide the feedback about the room on the functionality of Projector, Plasma TV, Round Table, conference equipment, etc

    This will help IT to improve the user experience in these meeting rooms

    Example:
    1. Feedback Email / form to be sent our once the meeting is over.
    2, Feedback form hosted on Condeco screens at the end of the meeting.
    3. Web app sending the feedback form once the meeting is over.

  5. For each booking it would be useful (and very helpful) to get visibility of the booking history.

    Similar data to this is included in a booking trace via the SaaS team when requested, but this information could be easily formatted and presented via the application, so people understand what has happened to the booking during its lifecycle.

    Details such as:
    1. What was changed in a booking
2. Quantity (if applicable)
3. Changes to the service item times
4. When the booking was created
5. Who created the booking and when
6. Who modified the booking and what did they do

  6. When making a reccurring booking if the room is already booked on a few dates we would like to be able to decline seeing the alternative room option so we can continue with just the dates that can be booked into the selected room

  7. We want to use AD Group to manage user permissions in Condeco (Global Administrator, Country Administrator,
    Location Administrator, Group Administrator).

    First you need to make these permissions manageable by group, not by user. Following this, you should allow the matching of this group with AD group. The consequence would be to sync AD Group with HR Feed

  8. It would be great to have an automated report function. Currently foor security purposes we run daily reports to see what visitor/staff/contractor passes have been signed back in each day and if any haven't.

    This function would be useful for ALL other reports which are ran frequently also.

  9. Make user PIN available to view on connect portal & allow us to delete badges from a users account. When users update their badge for the RFID reader it would be better if we could make the change without involving the end user.

  12. Notify users of pending Self-Certification via mobile phone application notifications. Users would receive a application notification that they must self-certify if self-certification is enabled at their location. Currently the user has to remember to open his app and self-certify, a push notification would help remind them. When the user clicks on the notification, it takes them to the self-certification page where they can self-certify. Thanks.

  13. Can there be a mobile app or mobile browser support for administrators in Condeco? I.e. receptionist need to view the full booking grid, manage bookings, transfer bookings, run reports and manage visitors.

  14. The problem is that from screen perspective the Setup time counts as Meeting time.

    If the Setup time of a room is defined "15 minutes" and meetings in general are cancelled after 15 minutes without starting them on the screen, they will be cancelled at the moment when the meetings normally start.

    By now the only solution is to set the time after which the meetings are cancelled automatically to e.g. 25 minutes - if a meeting requires a setup time of 30 minutes it will be cancelled all the same.

  15. If the screen is not online (network issue for example), our users are not able to check in (auto bump), so the meeting should not be automatically ended. The resource's profile should be updated to no profile temporarily.

  16. All fields should be searchable rather than a combination of those fields.

    In some cases, if an admin accidentally deletes the booking, it would be good to be able to search for just cancelled requests / deleted bookings on a given

    ***From Merged Idea:

    I want to be able to confirm if bookings have been scheduled for an individual for a 12 month period in the past/future.

    This makes it easy to say “These are the dates you scheduled, and these are the rooms you are in”

    Everyday users don’t know the exact date and usually give a rough date…

  18. Today's Status - have more than 'working remotely', 'working in the office' and 'not working'. Our staff can come into the office without booking a desk if they are likely to be in meetings most of the day (we're encouraging them to use touchdown spaces/kitchen etc as they won't need a desk for a long time), however their status is showing as 'working remotely'. Would be great if we could have control over statuses here.

  19. Especially for admins, it would be extremely helpful to allow for multiple tabs and browsers to be open at the same time. This would allow administration and troubleshooting to be much faster.
