  1. Incorporate survey after the meeting is over Staff should be able to provide the feedback about the room on the functionality of Projector, Plasma TV, Round Table, conference equipment, etc

    This will help IT to improve the user experience in these meeting rooms

    Example:
    1. Feedback Email / form to be sent our once the meeting is over.
    2, Feedback form hosted on Condeco screens at the end of the meeting.
    3. Web app sending the feedback form once the meeting is over.

  2. When making a reccurring booking if the room is already booked on a few dates we would like to be able to decline seeing the alternative room option so we can continue with just the dates that can be booked into the selected room

  6. All fields should be searchable rather than a combination of those fields.

    In some cases, if an admin accidentally deletes the booking, it would be good to be able to search for just cancelled requests / deleted bookings on a given

    ***From Merged Idea:

    I want to be able to confirm if bookings have been scheduled for an individual for a 12 month period in the past/future.

    This makes it easy to say “These are the dates you scheduled, and these are the rooms you are in”

    Everyday users don’t know the exact date and usually give a rough date…

  7. It would be great to have an automated report function. Currently foor security purposes we run daily reports to see what visitor/staff/contractor passes have been signed back in each day and if any haven't.

    This function would be useful for ALL other reports which are ran frequently also.

  8. If the screen is not online (network issue for example), our users are not able to check in (auto bump), so the meeting should not be automatically ended. The resource's profile should be updated to no profile temporarily.

  10. The problem is that from screen perspective the Setup time counts as Meeting time.

    If the Setup time of a room is defined "15 minutes" and meetings in general are cancelled after 15 minutes without starting them on the screen, they will be cancelled at the moment when the meetings normally start.

    By now the only solution is to set the time after which the meetings are cancelled automatically to e.g. 25 minutes - if a meeting requires a setup time of 30 minutes it will be cancelled all the same.

  11. For each booking it would be useful (and very helpful) to get visibility of the booking history.

    Similar data to this is included in a booking trace via the SaaS team when requested, but this information could be easily formatted and presented via the application, so people understand what has happened to the booking during its lifecycle.

    Details such as:
    1. What was changed in a booking
2. Quantity (if applicable)
3. Changes to the service item times
4. When the booking was created
5. Who created the booking and when
6. Who modified the booking and what did they do

  12. We want to use AD Group to manage user permissions in Condeco (Global Administrator, Country Administrator,
    Location Administrator, Group Administrator).

    First you need to make these permissions manageable by group, not by user. Following this, you should allow the matching of this group with AD group. The consequence would be to sync AD Group with HR Feed

  13. When a vendor receives a booking modification email, they do not know what changes were made to the booking - if the change could be highlighted in the email it would make it possible for them to figure out what changed. This is an extremely important feature for our catering team.

  14. Make user PIN available to view on connect portal & allow us to delete badges from a users account. When users update their badge for the RFID reader it would be better if we could make the change without involving the end user.

  16. Today's Status - have more than 'working remotely', 'working in the office' and 'not working'. Our staff can come into the office without booking a desk if they are likely to be in meetings most of the day (we're encouraging them to use touchdown spaces/kitchen etc as they won't need a desk for a long time), however their status is showing as 'working remotely'. Would be great if we could have control over statuses here.

  18. Our users have asked if linked bookings could show as 'one' booking on summary page rather than individual bookings.

    This is especially useful for room bookings with varying services, catering and times. Being able see it under a single reference makes it easier for the team to manage.

  19. We would like to have the ability to run a Banquet Event Order report (BEO).

    BEO is an industry standard report used in hotels, conference centers, and banquets facilities.

    The report should be specific to ONE event or booking ID and contains ALL details associated with that event.

    It should include meeting name, date time location, contact info (host, requester, assigned responsible staff) and all resources or services requested, including item notes, separated by category, formatted to one document (can be multiple pages).

    We should be able to choose which categories to include in the printout. This should be accessible…

  20. Our IT and Catering staff are both users and vendors. They currently need to have multiple logins to perform all of their activities. Allow assigning a regular user to a vendor, then merge the vendor portal as a new section of the web app instead of its own separate one. That way a user can pick if they're booking a room or managing services.
