  1. On several occasions screens have not immediately responded to the pressing of the 'Check in' button and users have pressed it several times and accidentally pressed 'End' and immediately ended their meeting. Consider moving the 'End' button, delaying the toggle from 'Check in' to 'End' or - and probably the best option - add an 'Are you sure?' confirmation when pressing the 'End' button.

  2. Ability to disable single Days for the calculation of Cut-Off Times. I.e. if the Vendor doesn't work on Weekends, the Cut-Off Times are only calculated for the Day's Mon thru Fri.

  3. There is only an option to import cost codes, I want to delete all of them and start fresh, I have 17000 cost codes at present and to delete all of them one by one would be extremely time consuming, the option to delete and upload would be great,

  4. There should be the option to customize the dashboard slightly.
    We have multiple fields we do not need, for example 'cost centre' 'payment status'. There should be the option to hide or delete these.

  5. Condeco release notes:
    "We've added a new option to the meeting reminder on the booking form. You'll now be able to select 'just before meeting start' to get a reminder about 5 minutes before your meeting starts."

    This is a good idea however it would make more sense if the wording was "5 minutes before meeting start".
    Our End Users like everything very clear and concise.

  6. Being able to book a meeting room to conduct a meeting and have the ability to link to this main booking some other bookings.
    The idea is to have a master booking and child bookings but not necessarely at the same hour.

  7. When a user bookings multiple rooms only the primary room is showing (if it is part of a linked room booking) on the vendor dashboard and the web portal. All meeting rooms booked should be displayed.

  8. It would be good for End Users to see the floor number or group name in the Your Bookings list for Blind Managed Groups. We have many floors in the building and several of the Groups are Blind Managed.

  9. All the Internal attendees should received email upon the arrival of external visitor.

    And, the current issue is that when receptions are moving rooms reservation, only the host and meeting requestor are receiving meeting updates.

    When a room is moved by the reception, all attendees should receive an Outlook appointment update in their calendar so they have the details about the new room reservations when opening their Outlook invitation.

  10. When making a booking in Outlook, when you enter the details into the Condeco section and add services it automatically adds a set up time. Can the system notify the user if the meeting is clashing with another due to the set up time required? At the moment you enter in all the details and when you click "Book" or "Request Now" - only then will it say that the room is unavailable. Users have to cancel or delete all their work and create another booking which again hopefully will not then clash with another meeting.

  11. Linked rooms should have their own room attributes associated to the linked rooms, i.e. VCU. Would like the ability to attach photograph to the linked rooms as well.

  13. We have requirement to integrate Resource booking room booing facility with one of our Chat bot. Basically, we are looking for if we can take user data from chat bot and feed it to RB using API/web service to make booking on behalf of end users

  16. It would be great to have 3 letters instead of only 2 for the abbrevation of our names. We are so many people here, the initials of our names are not unique anymore and lead to confusion.

  18. It would be highly beneficial if the Condeco software could be adjusted so that when a user cancels a booking for a personal space, their work status is automatically updated to 'Remote' by default.

    Currently, the work status remains set to 'On-site', which often leads to confusion and inaccuracies in attendance records. By implementing this change, we can ensure that the attendance data remains accurate and reflective of the user's actual status.

  19. Current Theme or Layout cuts off Resource Name in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Alternate Layout that allows for more characters to be displayed for Desks Name.

  20. Would be useful if we are able to close half day bookings. Currently users are able to book for AM or PM, as admins, we should be able to also close desks for either AM or PM
