  5. We would have the possibility to define, at platform level, tolerance bands regarding the proportion between smartworking days/presence on site allowed for employees (e.g. maximum 50% of smartworking days, maximum 80% of presence on site) over a time interval (e.g. week, month).

    If an employee overpass the tolerance band he should receive an alert notification directly via the mobile app.

  8. Hello,

    Is it possible to enable SSH / SNMP Access For Condeco Screens? I am trying to ingest these condeco screens into our hardware/device inventory management system called "Device42" and the preferred protocol is SSH/SNMP.

  9. It would be easier for our IT team to know what video conferencing ID we are using if we were able to add a Zoom ID field. It would also be easier for reporting to know who has had video conferences over the course of a month (or whatever range is selected)

  10. Our Security guards would like to have the possibility for a future visitor announcement (someone visiting SES next week - for example) that his Badge is Printed (tickbox).

    Another possibility would be to change both buttons, Collected / Break with a "Badge printed".

  11. Typically when a user taps their card in/out the colour changes.

    We would like a message or icon (such as a sand timer) on the screen after a user touches their card on the desk to make it obvious to the user that it is in a loading stage

    This would help those with colour blindness.

  12. Limit the rooms available based on the number of attendees and if we can work with a % variation either way.
    Ideally if I book a meeting for 10 people it should only show me rooms for 5 - 15 people and no other rooms.
    We are seeing that people are booking 25 seater room for only 5 people of which is impacting other areas requiring the big rooms.

  13. The Time Out value needs to be removed from the Vendor Dashboard as monitoring this from a Video Wall, seeing a pop up every 5 mins asking to log back defeats the object of this purpose!

  15. I would like the ability to download an Outlook Calendar item (i.e. an ICS file) from the booking form so that it will be easy to get the booking details into our Outlook calendar.

    There is an ICS attachment feature but it is only available to the host, requestor and attendees.

    If a receptionist wants to add the booking onto Outlook they have to create new meetings in their calendar.

  16. Enhanced resource group settings that allow desks within a certain group to be released to all or other groups within an amount of days of the current date.
    Ideally should be able to set which groups they are released to, and also set the amount of days prior that the release to wider groups occurs. This would allow much more flexibility with creating grouped resources and increase resource utilisation.

  18. Our location has individual offices that can be used both as regular workstations and as meeting rooms. Currently, however, only one type of use can be selected per room in the booking system (workstation or meeting room).
    We propose implementing an extended function in the system that allows both types of use to be mapped. Specifically, we would like

    • Individual offices can be defined as a workplace and a meeting room at the same time.

    • If the workplace is booked in such a room, the room should be automatically blocked for meeting bookings during the same period (and vice versa).

  19. Our organization recently deployed QR Codes for personal spaces in one of our satellite offices. During this rollout, we identified a technical limitation: the Engage mobile application does not allow users to check into a QR Code–enabled personal space without physically scanning the QR Code. In contrast, the Engage web application permits requestors to remotely check into their QR Code–enabled personal space.

    To ensure feature parity and improve check-in flexibility, we respectfully request an enhancement to the mobile application that would allow users to check into a personal space using the in-app “Check In” button as an alternative to scanning…

    It is already possible to configure the application to allow scanning of QR codes whilst not enforcing QR code check in on the resource. The QR code is always scannable regardless of where the QR code is set to 'Active' in settings. However, we do recognise that the current wording on the Resources page is ambigiuos so we will be updating this as well as making sure our Knowledge Centre article is clear on this item.

  20. One of our AV engineers has asked for an 'assistance' button on our Condeco screens, so that, when pressed the IT team would be notified via text message / email.
