  2. Report for deleted rooms. I could not find a report on rooms that we deleted. I felt that it should be a standard report to list rooms that were deleted with detail such as
    1. Date Deleted
    2. Room Name
    3. Occupancy
    4. Location
    5. Facilities/Equipment in the room
    6. Booking from date of deletion.

    This is for record purposes.

  3. Add an overview for delivery request where we can see in total what kind of equipment or supplies are available right now (i.e. the total available amount of items and the amount which is left).

    We are looking for an overview list which shows the storage contents, what/where the rented items are at the moment

  4. On several occasions screens have not immediately responded to the pressing of the 'Check in' button and users have pressed it several times and accidentally pressed 'End' and immediately ended their meeting. Consider moving the 'End' button, delaying the toggle from 'Check in' to 'End' or - and probably the best option - add an 'Are you sure?' confirmation when pressing the 'End' button.

  5. There should be the option to customize the dashboard slightly.
    We have multiple fields we do not need, for example 'cost centre' 'payment status'. There should be the option to hide or delete these.

  6. Condeco release notes:
    "We've added a new option to the meeting reminder on the booking form. You'll now be able to select 'just before meeting start' to get a reminder about 5 minutes before your meeting starts."

    This is a good idea however it would make more sense if the wording was "5 minutes before meeting start".
    Our End Users like everything very clear and concise.

  7. Being able to book a meeting room to conduct a meeting and have the ability to link to this main booking some other bookings.
    The idea is to have a master booking and child bookings but not necessarely at the same hour.

  8. The Time Out value needs to be removed from the Vendor Dashboard as monitoring this from a Video Wall, seeing a pop up every 5 mins asking to log back defeats the object of this purpose!

  9. It would be good for End Users to see the floor number or group name in the Your Bookings list for Blind Managed Groups. We have many floors in the building and several of the Groups are Blind Managed.

  10. All the Internal attendees should received email upon the arrival of external visitor.

    And, the current issue is that when receptions are moving rooms reservation, only the host and meeting requestor are receiving meeting updates.

    When a room is moved by the reception, all attendees should receive an Outlook appointment update in their calendar so they have the details about the new room reservations when opening their Outlook invitation.

  11. When making a booking in Outlook, when you enter the details into the Condeco section and add services it automatically adds a set up time. Can the system notify the user if the meeting is clashing with another due to the set up time required? At the moment you enter in all the details and when you click "Book" or "Request Now" - only then will it say that the room is unavailable. Users have to cancel or delete all their work and create another booking which again hopefully will not then clash with another meeting.

  12. Linked rooms should have their own room attributes associated to the linked rooms, i.e. VCU. Would like the ability to attach photograph to the linked rooms as well.

  14. We have requirement to integrate Resource booking room booing facility with one of our Chat bot. Basically, we are looking for if we can take user data from chat bot and feed it to RB using API/web service to make booking on behalf of end users

  15. I would like the ability to download an Outlook Calendar item (i.e. an ICS file) from the booking form so that it will be easy to get the booking details into our Outlook calendar.

    There is an ICS attachment feature but it is only available to the host, requestor and attendees.

    If a receptionist wants to add the booking onto Outlook they have to create new meetings in their calendar.

  17. It would be highly beneficial if the Condeco software could be adjusted so that when a user cancels a booking for a personal space, their work status is automatically updated to 'Remote' by default.

    Currently, the work status remains set to 'On-site', which often leads to confusion and inaccuracies in attendance records. By implementing this change, we can ensure that the attendance data remains accurate and reflective of the user's actual status.

  18. Current Theme or Layout cuts off Resource Name in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Alternate Layout that allows for more characters to be displayed for Desks Name.

  19. There should be a option to enable the 'untick' button to sync to calendar for all users not just administrators. Staff are forgetting to untick this option, and we have had several issues with bookings being accidentally cancelled. In a most recent staff survey, we had over 150 requests to have this functionality removed.

  20. Ability to send an email to all people with a desk booking for the current day in the click of a button; to be able to immediately broadcast information in an emergency event without wasting time having to run a report and export in to outlook.
