  2. Make the field "Company" mandatory for when booking for externals. This would be important to track if it's an employee from an external company (and which) or a visit from a different branch that doesn't have Condeco rolled out. Also is it possible to include it in the reporting? Thanks

  3. Skip "you've been logged out" screen, and try logging in automatically. When it logs aout automaticly, it is really hard to log in agian. If we cilck on the "log in again" in the middle of the screen, nothing happens.

  4. Inventory and short checks are not easy to do as all devices are only having the S/N indicator as a sticker on the backside.

    It would be much easier for onsite services to get the S/N of a device without grabbing it from the wall. There should be an option to display the S/N on the device screen as e.g. most of the Android devices are doing in system info.

    The device health page should show the S/N beside the Mac Address. This would help to have an easy S/N to room mapping possible.

  5. When searching for open rooms in the Outlook add-in, you can only select one building (unlike the web where you can select multiple buildings). It would be helpful to be able to select multiple buildings since a business or campus may have multiple buildings in the same city that are physically close to each other.

  7. Enable an additional field in the basic user report to show status of card registration - e.g. registered/ not registered. This could then be used in support of card registration campaigns or other initiatives to promote use of the cards rather than pins within Condeco

  9. When users attempt to book a recurring meeting they are only shown rooms that are 100% available for all occurrences of the meeting sequence. Most leaders in this space are able to show conflicts to allow for one-off modifications (say 9 meetings in Room A, and 1 meeting occurrence in Room B due to an existing booking). At minimum showing the conflict would allow the users to adapt.   10. Several places will have a certain number of slots for parking at the office and it would be great if one could tick off when the car space is needed when booking the seat. If there isn't a slot, then you should get a message saying that it is over the limit that day.

  11. As part of the single sign-on dialogue the first name, last name and email of the user is sent to Condeco. Currently Condeco does not use the information to populate a new user's profile. Auto-populating the profile would improve data integrity by reducing the chance that the user mistakenly or purposely enters the wrong data.

We currently have a large number of 'Hot desks' on our system which are generally used when desks are not available directly in your department, however, we've noticed more and more people starting to book the 'hot desk' spaces which is not what we intended. I could mark the desks as 'Closed' but feel that may cause confusion among staff when looking at available desks, so I think it would be really helpful to have a feature where we could keep the desks open & visible on the system but mark them as not bookable so it's clear they are…

  13. For it to be possible to manually enter the date in the 'Meeting Start' or 'Meeting End' date on the 'Find a Visitor' rather than clicking along the calendar each time which is extremely time consuming

As more and more locations begin to use Condeco to reserve space in the office, we're finding more people not based in a particular office wanting to make reservations in not their "home" office, taking away space from the people based in those locations. Currently the only option is to restrict access based on default booking Group. As we have several booking Groups in our location, it's become an issue when a person based here has to book something outside of their default group (due to lack of availability in their default group) - they're now subject to the same…

  18. If a meeting or catering request was deleted after the cancellation cut off window the items were still displayed on the recharge reports.

    Now if a User deletes catering or the whole meeting after the cancellation cut off the recharge is also removed from the reports.

    Due to this we could have a delivery of 200 sandwich lunches and no-one to pay for them.

The ability to create user groups instead of resource groups to allow restrictions to groups of users like (contractors or contingent workers) that differ from the permissions in the resource group settings. This would be very useful to restrict the number of desk bookings or days on which they can book desk in the office. For instance if you wanted to restrict them to only book desks on Mondays/Friday or a certain number of days.   20. The default file type of Excel report export files should be changed to .xlsx because the .xls file type will no longer be fully supported under Windows 11 as Microsoft itself considers .xls files as "not secure".
