  1. Hello, I am writing to suggest an enhancement to the filtering options within Condeco. Specifically, it would be highly beneficial to have a filter that allows users to distinguish between active and non-active items, not only for Catering Services but for all items within the platform.
    Currently, the lack of such a filter makes it challenging to efficiently manage and navigate through the various items. Implementing this feature would streamline our workflow, improve user experience, and enhance overall productivity.
    Could you please consider adding this functionality to Condeco? Your prompt attention to this request would be greatly appreciated.

  2. Hello, I am writing to propose the implementation of a pop-up message or booking restriction for catering items that are not requested at least 24 hours in advance. This enhancement would significantly benefit our law firm in several ways:

  3. Add a flag or something to denote that a visitor has notes attached to their profile. So that each visitor profile does not have to be manually checked on the day for notes- making the use of this function more speedy and beneficial to admins.

  4. Having a grid/table of when a certain room is free.

    For example I need a room for 22 people and instead of inputting the time and hoping for the best have the room's availability, basically like an outlook calendar.

  5. Currently, when you export user reports and include Last Login field, it does not include mobile app logins. This means the last log in date can be misleading if the user primarily uses the mobile app rather than the desktop.

  6. When creating a new Personal Space in Resource Administration, it would be good to have the option to create them as closed rather than creating them and then going back Application Setup > Resources, searching for them and setting them as closed.

  7. In Condeco reporting need to expose the UPN of the conference room for enhanced reporting and analysis with Teams Room data.. Please expose the UserPrincipalName of the Conference Rooms in the Condeco Reporting.

  10. Make the field "Company" mandatory for when booking for externals. This would be important to track if it's an employee from an external company (and which) or a visit from a different branch that doesn't have Condeco rolled out. Also is it possible to include it in the reporting? Thanks

  11. Skip "you've been logged out" screen, and try logging in automatically. When it logs aout automaticly, it is really hard to log in agian. If we cilck on the "log in again" in the middle of the screen, nothing happens.

  12. Inventory and short checks are not easy to do as all devices are only having the S/N indicator as a sticker on the backside.

    It would be much easier for onsite services to get the S/N of a device without grabbing it from the wall. There should be an option to display the S/N on the device screen as e.g. most of the Android devices are doing in system info.

    The device health page should show the S/N beside the Mac Address. This would help to have an easy S/N to room mapping possible.

  13. When searching for open rooms in the Outlook add-in, you can only select one building (unlike the web where you can select multiple buildings). It would be helpful to be able to select multiple buildings since a business or campus may have multiple buildings in the same city that are physically close to each other.

  15. Enable an additional field in the basic user report to show status of card registration - e.g. registered/ not registered. This could then be used in support of card registration campaigns or other initiatives to promote use of the cards rather than pins within Condeco

  19. Several places will have a certain number of slots for parking at the office and it would be great if one could tick off when the car space is needed when booking the seat. If there isn't a slot, then you should get a message saying that it is over the limit that day.

  20. As part of the single sign-on dialogue the first name, last name and email of the user is sent to Condeco. Currently Condeco does not use the information to populate a new user's profile. Auto-populating the profile would improve data integrity by reducing the chance that the user mistakenly or purposely enters the wrong data.
