  1. Condeco creates visits whenever a booking is made in Outlook via Add-In (Sync exchange) and a distribution list or a shared mailbox is put in the attendees. Please develop a rule hat enables us to signal to condeco that EVERY email address that ends with our company domain should NOT be recognised as a visitor. The workaround to create forms accounts for 1000 + DLs and other variants is not viable solution, especially when a distribtion list with 5000 ppl and all of them get the condeco wlecome email for the new account.   2. Self-Registration of user, when user selects a "department" when self registering and that department is also a group, this user should be given permissions into this group, closed or opened to view, book and modify their own bookings.

    Makes user onloading easier and takes many clicks away from admins when some users can filter to the correct group, especially when the group is closed.

  4. This number is currently set as a weekly amount, if we were allowed to set a daily amount, it would prevent users from booking multiple desks on the same day

    Thank you for the suggestion!

    We are implementing an update to the booking slot logic so that users can only book one workspace type (for example a desk) a day.  We plan to launch this in April 2024.

  5. under the "Find your team" option in Condeco there is day description indicated wrongly telling a user this is "Tue 04 Mar" today which causes all the rest of the year is made wrong setup

  8. Hello - I cannot seem to find a way to cancel my room booking, especially at late notice. Perhaps if a way was created for room bookings to be cancelled if they were no longer needed, then we could free up more meeting rooms for those who need them.

  10. Hi team, we will soon use Proxyclick to manage our visitors but standard users will remain using Condeco for registering their visitors. Ideally, we want users to continue visitor registration on Condeco and for the reception team to manage the visitors in Proxyclick. It will be a useful addition if we could ensure that users have shared the email address for all standard visitors to ensure that they receive the emails for remote registration and QR Code for check in. Giving us the option to make the email address field mandatory will resolve this issue.

  12. Is it possible for all allocated seats to be automatically be converted to hotdesk 1 day prior to needed date?

    For example, Team A have 5 allocated seats (1 to 5) and all the hotdesk seats are already booked for Wednesday.
    Looking at a schedule for Wednesday, I can see that seats 1, 2 & 3 is already booked while 4 & 5 is still free. I belong to Team B hence cannot book a seat.
    But when I check on it again tomorrow (Tuesday – 1 day before Wednesday), can seats 4 & 5 (being free) automatically convert to…

  14. It would be nice if there was an option to upload a PDF so when a booking confirmation gets sent for visitors or personal space bookings or meeting spaces, you could add an attachment - i.e. a health and safety pack for the site they are working at.

Automation: Automate users to be signed on once their network is recognize (similar to GEO location) For example if user A works for Microsoft building G, once the user enters building G, condeco books them in to their previous desk and sends them a confirmation email. If the desk however is already in use, to book the next available desk near to that desk

  17. Please can we have an option to upload images of the different room layout options? Many people don't understand the differences between the different options, such as boardroom, u-shape, etc., and often select the wrong one and ask for it to be changed when they turn up.

  18. User should be able to set their default location directly in the Teams App. Today the default location can only be set on web or mobile application, but there are scenario's where client will not use web & mobile app.

  19. Not all desks would like the device to be on the end, some would like them to hang on their cubicles. Currently the displays are upside down and they rotate when the screen is mounted up.
