Advanced Booking Grid: The option to choose if ‘amendment’ emails automatically get sent to the host of the meeting
When our admin teams perform frequent actions such as moving a room from one group to another or copying a booking from one place to another there is currently no functionality to stop emails going out to the host (i.e. the holder of the original booking).
My team is swap rooms around frequently and sometimes place it back in the original room
I would like to have the ability at all times to decide what mail goes out and when. Like a button to send confirmation and one for send update or something..

Close meeting space for hours, not only days
Our facility service needs the ability to close a meeting space for (several) hours.
Actually it is only possible to close meeting spaces for whole days.

Bulk "Move to Group" option in Resources
Currently having to move 300 desks into a specific group over 2 floors, its taking hours on end, this feature would allow movement of desks and resources to various groups with a few clicks and not thousands!

Room Pictures in Condeco Outlook App

Allow administrator to create SSO users
Under User Management, it should be possible to select the option to create a user as either:
- Form User
- SSO UserWhy would we need this?
While we are using SSO and MFA, we are not using HR Feed for user provisioning, which means we are relying on user imports done by Condeco.For first implementation this works fine, however, for adding any new user in our organisation requires us to reach out to Condeco.
When our administartors are able to create a SSO user themselves we can onboard new users of Condeco much more efficiently.

Show the percentage of desks booked for each day on the desk booking grid in a column (below or beside) the date..

License Count on portal
Need to have the License information available to the admin users. It would be great to be able to pull available license count from this portal so that we do not run into license errors on the screens.

Show room capacity on screens
If room capacity is known (i.e. Exchange supports this attribute of a room mailbox) then add a feature to optionally show room capacity on screens. A small icon with capacity overlaid would suffice and not take up too much space on the screen.

Desk booking advance periods in 'days' should allow weekends to be ignored
When a desk period is set to ‘weeks’, there is an option to ‘ignore weekends’. We would like this option to apply when the advance period is set to ‘days’ as well.

Location Display - Ability to change.
I'd like the ability to change the display in Outlook as they are not currently configurable in Condeco.
This will provide a better user experience so locations are visible when they look on mobiles or details views in outlook.
For example,
<<(1st line of address), (location, ie. Sydney) - Floor - MR xx.xx>> should ideally be displayed as
<<(shortened location, i.e SYD) - MR xx.xx - (1st line of address)>.Can it be changed so we have the ability to change this display text.

When editing desks it would be a lot easier if the system would take me back to the page I'm on rather than take me back to the beginning
When editing desks on page 5 (for example), it would be a lot easier if the system would then take me back to page 5 once I've edited a desk. At the moment, every time I edit a desk I get taken back to the first page when I come out of the desk I've just edited. We have 14 pages of desks so it's getting a little bit confusing and is taking longer than it should

It would be nice to see the Desk Attributes in the Mobile app as well similar to what shows up in the Kiosk List view.

Multiple Visitor Pass Templates ...
Currently you can only have one pass template, different locations and building and entities within organisation have varying requirements for visitor passes.
It would be beneficial to have the ability to have more then one template available to select.

Cancellation Reason for Desk/Room Bookings to be included in the cancellation email sent to users
When you cancel bookings/close a desk or room you enter a reason but this currently doesn't pull through to the email received by the user resulting in an additional manual process to inform people of this to prevent complaints. If the cancellation reason could be included in the email this would mean we no longer have to send additional communication to users to explain what has happened and why their booking has to be removed. If the reason could also be shown on the grid this would also prevent unnecessary questions being fielded by IT and Facilities staff by users.

Allow closing Zones or Locations for multiple days. Today it is only possible to close them for just one day or some days in a row. This simple improvement would allow clients to block zones or locations during holidays, scheduled maintenance, sanitization, etc.

We would like an 'all floor' option on Room Finder so that we can search across all floors
Currently a user is only able to select a single floor at a time when doing a search from Room Finder. We would like it to display an 'all floor' option so that the user is able to easily widen their search across all floors for a location.

Mobile Apps does not display Desk Attribute
Mobile Apps is a very simple UI App for booking desk with no function such as reset password, change password etc.
However it is the prefer way of booking a desk as such we will like to see the desk attributes while booking a desk thru the mobile apps14 votes -
Multiple Closure Dates for Resources
I've noticed that it is only possible to have one closure period on a resource at a time. For instance, if I've got a future date where all the desks are closed and I've closed the desks on the system for that date, if my technicians close a desk today in order to fix a live issue, then that desk loses its booking for the future date. An improvement would be to allow a resource to have a closure on multiple dates, so that future events like block closures can be booked alongside single one-off closures for maintenance.
