  1. Dynamic Space Optimization (Personal Spaces)

    Condeco should have an option to open other floors dynamically for booking as and when one floor reaches a threshold limit of booking. Say Floor -2 shows up and made available for booking only when 80% of the spaces (Personal spaces like Desks) on Floor-1 is booked. The Threshold levels are configurable and possibility to 'choose' the default floor that is always open, and then also 'choose' the sequence in where the other floors then open up.

  2. The reservation portal logs users out after a certain amount of time, and we are not able to customize when it times out and logs users out

  4. We need to have it possible to disable the option for the user creation for country admins. We import users from AD and manual creation of the users prevents the user from being created correctly.

  5. It would be useful for admin users, if we were able to change the booking opening. currently this is set to midnight and we would like to change it to noon or any other time during the working day. Given limited bookable resources, this set-up forces employees to book at night, rather than during the workign day.

  6. When viewing search results for both personal spaces and meeting spaces, there is no option to sort the columns. Would be beneficial to enable users to sort, for example, by workspace type or setup

  7. Dear Condeco, the currently available Teams day feature in mobile application is very usefull, but we identified a weak point in case of the desk reservations.

    We have a location where we have two concentration desks available for booking.
    When somebody hurry and wants to create a Teams day reservation for let's say 3 people and select concentration desks for that location, that person is able to book it.
    Problem is, if that person invite 3 people and just two desks are there and the application is not giving any feedback the reserved number of desks are less like the…

  9. Currently, the 'book' button column on meeting space home page search results is not fixed. Depending on user's monitor size, 'book' button may need to be scrolled to. For search results from the 'Book a meeting space' page, the 'Book' button column is fixed and doesn't need to be scrolled to, regardless of monitor size

    The search results table will be updated to always show the 'Book' button. This will bring this table consistent with other tables in the application. We hope to have this available in the next release of the application.

  12. With the growing number of hirings, it may be useful to add 2/3 time slots for the dining room to Condeco so that people can book without creating crowding in the kitchen. For example, insert seats for a maximum of 25 people at the following times:
    12-12.45pm
    1-1.45pm
    2-2.45pm

  15. Our office is open Tuesday through Thursday only, other locations are open Monday through Friday. We would like to be able to configure the location in the period of 3 days without much extra effort and lock the other two days permanently.

  16. We control our sites with Condeco. Unfortunately, we can not control our parking lots with e-charging station with Condeco, because there are only 1-2 slots, depending on the global setting. We would like to have the possibility to divide our parking spaces into 3 fixed slots per day.

  18. Condeco Enterprise provides the ability to link meeting rooms and configure settings such as the seating style, set up, & clean up times for the linked resources. Like an individual resource where you can specify a default seating style, I am requesting the ability to specify a default seating style for linked meeting rooms. Currently, it appears the default style is selected based on the alphabetical order of all seating styles.

  19. The "Group Administration | E-mail Templates" module has a function after each e-mail template there you can select if the changes apply to just the group, the country, or globally. When you choose to apply to country or globally, it replaces everything including the recipient lines. The changes should only be limited to the body of the e-mail. We were trying to make consistent e-mail structures across all countries, but they have to have different recipients for each office's reception. This caused a major data cleanup.

  20. It would be helpful if the system generated email notification for alternate bookings included the title of the meeting that was rebooked and the timeslot to easily identify the modified booking.

    The title and date information is contained on the email when only one instance is altered but not when there are multiple instances altered. We will look to add two new columns to facilitate this.
