  3. Add a new button for "Report an Issue" to the my.condeco.cloud site. You have buttons for knowledge base, Manuals, User Voice, etc… but not for “Report an Issue.” This should be a mandatory button on the front page.

  4. Please add additional data to Azure Table Storage to enable report creation via Power BI in addition to the currently available 'booking' data.

    Examples of additional fields required:

    User details table including 'Department'
    Desks (all available desks in system)
    check in source

  5. This would be useful to store personal details about a user i.e. a user is diabetic and when creating the meeting an admin can see their requirements. You can create a visitor and attach notes to that profile which can get imported into the booking.

  7. Could the drop downs available for Purpose of Visit and Pass Type be adaptable, so each business can add in their own categories.

    Currently

    Pass Type only offers Contractor and External Visitor
    
    Purpose of Visit only offers Internal Visitor and External Visitor
    

    Both fields are very limited and do not allow us to drill down on the types of visitors we have through the door or which types of passes are being requested most often.

  10. We like to respond to all requests with-in 30 minutes.
    It would be good if we could set an alert to advise admins there are requests which have been in queue for over 30 mins etc.

  11. I'm sure this isn't a radical idea, but having the ability to cancel a meeting and then re-book a new one!!

    I've been told that by design this doesn't work for meeting series. It also only sometimes works for single instances.

    This is needed as there are many faults when looking for alternative rooms. It also doesn't provide many options and/or functionality when moving from existing rooms.

    Therefore, as an idea, please create an feature to be able to utilise the feature of cancelling bookings and then re-booking from scratch for all different meeting instances.

  13. We use RFID cards for multiple systems - door security, badging to get our print outs at printers, etc. They all pull the badge information from AD or from the door security database. App makes us register every card again which is very annoying

    I would like the badges to auto enroll and sync from an AD attribute instead of having to be manually enrolled each time.

  14. One of our sites is interested in providing a self-service option for visitors, via some form of computer/kiosk, so on arrival the visitor can enter their name, and host's name, have their photo taken and print a pass.

  15. At the moment it is only possible for the organizer/host to start/end meetings on the screen with transponder card.

    The other possibility would be to allow everybody to start meetings without authentication.
    It would make sense to implement the possibility of authentication by transponder card for every user synced to the system (Example: Personal assistant has booked the room)

    The development of this feature is currently underway and we expect to be able to release it during Q4 2020.

    The authentication of the card and the permissions of the holder will be pushed to the calendar service.

    Assuming the card holder has permission to Start/Stop the meeting, then the screen will allow it.

  16. In app setup -> groups, the groups are listed in alphabetical order. When editing in app setup -> resources, this is not the case. Can the group list please be sorted there as well? Currently the order is their creation date.

  18. Vendors are logged out too fast, and when an iPad is displayed in a common area like a kitchen for instance, the user (Chef) may not always be around to refresh and re-login. There should be the possibility of determining up to an 8-hour period of time before logging out vendors.

  19. The auto-bump feature is great for individual no-shows. Can you extend that function that if the booking is part of a series and x sequential meetings are bumped, the entire series is removed.

    Use case: User books recurring meeting for a couple of months. User is then terminated or leaves, but nobody else is associated with the bookings. This can now only be deleted by an admin on request. If the meeting is no longer valid and say 3 in a row are missed, cancel the remainder of the series.

  20. Currently, when deleting a user's profile, the pop-up message states that bookings can be transferred to a different profile, but it does not say whether there actually are any current bookings for that user. It would be helpful to know whether there are any bookings to be transferred.
