  1. In addition to meeting rooms, a client would like to add floating resources (such as projectors) presently scheduled in Exchange to Archibus so that a reservation in one system shows the resource as reserved in both systems. Effectively extending the meeting room functionality to resources. From a UI perspective it would be most intuitive if the end user could assign the Exchange email address to the resource like they presently do for meeting rooms.

  2. It would be nice to be able to see where a person is sitting for the day if they have a reservation. So if I need to see Bill today or drop something off at his cube, I'd like for it to populate where his reservation is at for today.

  3. Clients are asking for the possibility to print Work request details with pictures attached to the WR. This could be an option for printing WR details to PDF or DOCX

  4. In the Space Console, choosing a Highlight with no Border Highlight and then performing a PDF Export will display only the Highlight in the Legend. Choosing Border Highlights with no Highlight will display only Border Highlights in the Legend. If both are chosen, only the Highlight legend will be displayed in the PDF Export. Both legends should be displayed in this case.

  5. Add Reservation Locations to Favourites. See what days your favourite spaces are available, not only when you go to a specific date. If we could assign user-specific "nicknames" that would be nice too (such as "Corner by the Window" or "Close to Print Station" for example).

  6. Currently, in the Maintenance Console, when a Supervisor assigns a Craftsperson to a Work Request and puts a comment, that comment does not appear in OnSite.

    Craftsperson should be able to see all comments entered on the Work Request they have been assigned to. Especially when that comment is made at the time of the assignment.

    The rational is that when a supervisor assigns a CF to a WR this is when they add a comment for the CF.

    Users are confused as they're putting comments when assigning CF but then the CF does not see it.

  8. When creating new processes, the ability to copy exisiting processes would allow one to copy a similar process and modify it. This would be much less time consuming than having to mannually enter all of the different tasks into a new process.

  9. When we proceed with batch in the console or anywhere in the application, there is no confirmation dialog. You can for example batch cancel 200 work requests if you pick up the wrong button by accident (note that cancel is just beside approve).

    This would be a nice safety feature

  11. Use actual equipment photos instead of EQ Std photos in OnSite. Equipment photos not showing on OnSite after scanning QR code - the system is looking for Eq Std photo instead of actual equipment photo attached to the equipment record.

  12. When publishing CAD plans, ARCHIBUS reports an OK at the end.
    This happens even if no SVG file was created as a result.
    The user does not recognize whether the publication was complete, partial or not.

    The customer request is that the publishing function logs when an object could not be processed successfully.
    The information should accurately identify the object (e.g. via ehandle) and, if possible, also identify the problem that led to the error.

    The publication should not be aborted, but rather skip the unpublished object if necessary and log this.

  13. The systems does not validate your records when you go though complex processes. It's critical that the system send some validation messages to the user. Examples:

    • if you forget location on a equipment, assign it to a PM and create a schedule, the PMS will keep a copy of the equipment information inside the pms table and you will keep it for a long time. If your SLA is based on location, it won't work and you won't know
    • if you delete a craft, you loose all the work logs associated to that craft, no messages

  14. Add ability to include move request fields in email content using binding expressions.

    example:
    Move: {mo.emid}
    From: {mo.from
    blid} - {mo.fromflid} - {mo.fromrmid}
    To: {mo.to
    blid} - {mo.toflid} - {mo.torm_id}

    And for group moves, include ability to email a list of the MO records in the group move:

    {{project.projectid}}
    {mo.mo
    id} {mo.emid} {mo.fromlocation} {mo.to_location}

    (from/to location would concatenate fromblid/fromflid/fromrmid .... )

  15. Hello Team,

    We are looking to allow the Date to Perform field to be editable. Typically, the field is controlled by a hard-set date in the Service Level Agreement.

    We feel the need to be able to update this manually at times for certain service requests when the need arises. Allowing the flexibility of both keeping the hard set date and the ability to manually adjust when needed.

  16. When there is an error in the document attached to a ticket that has been completed or replaced, the date of the replacement and the history of the comment cannot be viewed on the work order search screen.

    Is it possible to get a similar functionality like, Document Version Screen has the similar function (System --> Archibus Administrators Applicatoin Configuration --> Revisions by Document)

  17. There are a number of very useful Quick Filters and adding one for Work Requested Today would be extremely helpful. Currently a user has to keep updating the filter with a date range becasue there is no option for "Today".

  18. When you have PMs set up, things work fine and the PM WR location matches the EQ location.
    However, if you change the EQ location, it does not change the location on the matching PMS record.
    We would like to see the software cascade this EQ change to the matching PMS record(s).

  19. Define conditional question in maintenance checklist (idem compliance)

  20. In Hoteling reports such as Workplace Utilization or Bookings by Employee, have the ability to use automatic look ups to show other fields from the EM table as columns in the report and in select values.

    Currently in V2023.03 only the Employee Code is shown and auto looks ups cannot be used. Many client do not have recognizable employee codes and need to see the actual employee name field in these reports. The ability to specify other fields like Employee Title to be shown via automatic look ups would be beneficial.
