User specific Performance Metrics and alerts
Allow the performance metrics and alerts to show values based on the user that is currently logged in.
For example, I want an alert on my homepage to show how many Work Requests are assigned to me, or how many leases are expiring where I am the landlord contact.
There is the ability to set granularities for metrics based on assignment, however this is generic and does not change based on the logged in user.

Displays a message when there are 0 search results on tree panel
Our customer requests the ability to display any message when a tree panel is filtered and there are no hits.
If there were no hit records in the GRID panel, "No records to display." will be displayed.
However, if there are no records in the TREE panel such as in the "Define Organizations" and "Equipment Systems Console" tasks, nothing is displayed and the panel is completely blank.This is a minor detail, but this specification is unpopular with customers. Even when the behavior is correct, it appears to the user as if an error has occurred on the view.

Disable Login Screen for Additional Web Central Sites (Onsite/API)
When the organization uses SAML for authentication, you must setup a second instance of Web Central to support API calls. If the organization is using Onsite, then another instance of Web Central must be setup to support that application. Once these secondary environments are up, a user can go to the URL and attempt to log into those systems.

Counts only includes rm / em if department is assigned and em.em_id do not match
When you look at the numbers in Hotel Savings by Building and Hotel Savings by Departments reports, you will notice that it only includes employees and rooms assigned to department.
Also, some em.emid do not match the rmptc.emid but they are counted.From the help file:

Better options for Row based Security group or VPAs
There are views in the product which aren't setup to adopt any security groups for accessing things such as the buttons to save.
For example the: Project Management Console, Lease Management Console
Client seem to like these views but in large organizations, some of that data was setup so there are VPAs for certain data to be visible to the client. Security Concerns on the Guest User
In 2022.02, in order for users to quickly make use of features such as scanning a QR code or booking through a Kiosk, the guest account has to be enabled. The problem with the guest account is the password cannot be changed easily if a client doesn't have access the environment as it's hardcoded in a few areas of the product (/schema/ab-products/essential/dev/workplace/src/utils/authentication.js and /schema/ab-core/views/sign-in/ab-sign-in.js). Display Control in Paginated Reports
Currently, there is very little control over how fields are placed and displayed within a paginated report column panel. It would be nice for it to respect attributes like colspan and rowspan so that fields can be placed in an order that makes sense.

Allow Department Contacts access to Edit Moves
When the requestor enters a Department Contact for a move, the contact receives an email with a link to view the move, but that is it. For a lot of groups that contact is the admin and they would like for the moves they are "tagged" in to show up under "Examine My Moves" for tracking and reference.

Adding List of Active Work Requests for Location to Work Requests
This would be similar to the Maintenance History section in work requests, which shows a history of all work requests placed for that piece of equipment. I would like to see this concept expanded to work requests that don't have equipment codes, where the maintenance history would show the work requests for the room code. This would help reduce the number of requests for the same scope of work.

Version 26.3 - Define Locations - screen - Make the same screen available in view only mode
The new Define locations screen has great Feature allowing the user to select additional field to display. The current view locations fields does not have the same look/feel /function.
The new define locations screen should have a read only version (just remove the update function).

Turn off cancellation notices for admin booking cancellation
As an admin I can delete bookings one at a time from the floor map and the end user is not updated. I would like to see the same ability (either by check box or switch to toggle the ability to send the notification )

Configurable UDFs for Condition Assessment and configurable child UDFS
Where condition assessments are usually done through external means such as a survey (excel, or other systems) there is usually extra data where it doesn't fit into Archibus' condition assessment table. It would be good for the condition assessment to have UDFs too as well as some child table to store additional UDFS. Condition assessment data often comes with additional information such as price inflations considerations, price breakdown and investment strategies for assessments.

Define equipment select available fields section on the filtering pane should be expanded to include additional fields. as a minimum include all of the descriptions for all of the current codes available. Many users rely on descriptions only.

In the Health Check section , It would be usefull to have an Agree checkbox to ensures user reads content and does not skip to confirm button.

SaaS - Provide System Admin function to migrate from UAT
Currently in SaaS implementations, when cutting over to production, SpaceIQ support is required to migrate published drawings to PROD (or customers need to re-publish all drawings after cutting over)
Making use of either a wizard in the application to package the '/projects/hq' folder items OR making the folders available via sftp would help expedite the cut-over process (and provide more time for supporting other issues for SpaceIQ support staff)

Incognito Desk Booking
Some users would like the ability to book a desk in "Incognito Mode" - meaning the desk will be booked and set to "Unavailable," however, other employees will not be able to search for the employee to see where their desk is booked.
