  1. When a Maintenance Craftsperson opens a WR on mobile often time they don't need all the different tabs. Majority of the clients don't use Parts or Tools. If there was a configuration option to hide these it would help in reducing the clutter on the mobile app to a large extent.

  2. Bug: When you look at the number of Employees and number of Visitors in the Location tab of the Bookings for a Date Range report, you will notice that the number of employees also includes those who booked for a visitors
    From the help file:
    Employees = COUNT DISTINCT Employee Names for all the bookings on that floor for the filter criteri
    Visitors = COUNT DISTINCT Visitor Names for all the bookings on that floor on that floor for the filter criteria

  3. Create an automated method (not relying on timeouts) to log people out of Archibus when they do not select the "Log Out" button from within Web Central. From several of our customers, we are receiving complaints that users are unable to log back in after they "X" out of Archibus instead of selecting the "Log Out" button. They are experiencing this across all browsers and browser versions. It is negatively affecting the user experience.

  4. Some customers request to have a better publishing color rules for Revit.
    As you can see in the screenshots, the room delimiter, and some walls in Revit have special colors. But when it is published in Webcentral, the room delimiter is another color, and the wall are grey.

  5. v.26.1 comes with a Recurring Reservation feature but some of our clients would love the flexibility to be able to configure the system parameters to turn off/on the feature.

  8. When enter search criteria the window is sized to accommodate the number of records returned; however the returned records are quickly replaced by the first 100 records in the building list.  So if only 1 record was returned the window size only accommodates 1 record but that single record is quickly replaced by the first 100 records but you have to scroll to see them all and your record may not be in that first 100.

  9. Changes needed: show button to "Add Scheduled Cost" without drilling down in tree and add a Month filter.

    Clients with large numbers of leases run rent monthly. With dozens or hundreds of leases this is a very time consuming process. Currently (2022.03), to add an ad hoc Schedule Cost for that month, the user must click many times just to get to the lease so the the "Add Scheduled Cost" button appears. Instead, keep the button on always and require the Lease ID when adding a new Schedule Cost..

  10. I was wondering what you may think of this feedback on adding addition elements to check in the Archibus model checker. As clients are using the Archibus Model Checker, they still come across issues we learned so the model checker seems to be more focused on data readiness but there’s also an element of model readiness which Smart Client verifies before publishing. An example is a publishing error like this:

  11. This is continuance of existing support ticket

    Atm, Archibus REST api only supported when the security is configured using Single sign on (SAML)

    Please test / support Archibus REST api, when Archibus authentication OR LDAP authentication is selected for the security ? This is currently giving an error "Authentication must be not null"

    I just thought that with more and more people using the REST api as part of the integration, we will encounter issues where customers who have no identity system that supports Single sign on at its front end.

  14. In my experience with various clients that are using this module we have found the structure of the Project Budget versus Actuals makes it very tedious for clients to manage the financials in ARCHIBUS.

    Typical Capital Project Scenarios are as follows:
    Organizations have a set budget for Capital construction/Renovation projects. They setup work packages which are contracted to vendors. The vendors submit the invoices at actuals. There are some internal costs but these are minimal.

    In ARCHIBUS, they setup the Budget numbers on the Action Items. The actuals are recorded under the Work Package/Contract/Invoices.

    The variance reports don't take this…

  15. Add an excel based move list report which can be sent to various stakeholders in addition to the paginated word report which is long and tedious to read for larger moves.

    This should collate all the various move items from the different tabs with some key information on the move project.
    (employee, new hire, leaving employees, asset, etc)

  16. If an employee is assigned to a room set to Hotelable=Yes and has their “Days in Office” set to 2 days, the space should be available the rest of the days, but it doesn’t work this way.

    When trying to book a room, availability is defined by a few different thing, the part that I’m concerned with is:
    Current: If Room Capacity less than Count of Employees assigned.
    Proposed: If Room Capacity less than Count of Employees assigned to work that day.

    Example is that I’m assigned a room in the employee table for Tuesday & Thursday. My room’s record…

  17. Provide users with the ability to opt-out of email notifications from the ARCHIBUS application. Ideally, they would be able to opt-out of notifications at the module level. In addition, providing System Admins with the ability to classify notifications that users can opt-out of and ones that they will always receive. For instance, a user may wish to opt-out of Building Operations notifications, while the System Admin wants to make sure that they do not opt-out of the password reset emails. It would be nice for a future release to have the ability to allow users to opt-out of notifications.

  18. The Esri / ArcGIS platform provides unique capabilities for applying location-based analytics to facilities/workplace practices. The platform provides the ability to gain greater insights into data by using contextual tools to visualize and analyze data.

    There are many opportunities for our customers to leverage Esri technology to solve problems involving location -- particularly for our customers who have campus environments; e.g. hospitals, universities, corporate, government/military, etc.

    Strengthen the Archibus-Esri partnership and improve the Archibus-ArcGIS integration with ArcGIS and/or ArcGIS Indoors.

  19. Before the Report a problem screen, the creative work request screens included the date/time required fields as part of the form. This is vital so people report problems or requesting work to carry out can indicate the specific date and time the work is required. As this was an option in the past and the fields are still in the database, this is some way ready to go.

  20. In WebCentral's Workspace Booking, please add a recurrence pattern of "Bi-Weekly", for reservations occurring very two weeks. Thus, we would select from the following recurrence patterns:

    None
    Daily
    Weekly
    Bi-Weekly
    Monthly

    This would benefit Archibus Clients, such as those in Federal Government, whose pay periods are bi-weekly (26 pay periods a year) and their hoteling requests align with the first or second week of a pay period.
