Allow New Service Request form questions/custom fields to be configured as mandatory
Can we please have the ability to configure custom fields as mandatory/compulsory?
These custom fields appear under 'Questions' on the New Service Request form.

This feature has now gone live in the product.
All questions on the New Service Request Form (including Serraview standard fields) can now be modified. Question can be added or removed, marked as mandatory and re-ordered.
This customisation can be completed on each individual request type, so each request type can have a custom built request form.

The Service Request Form is not intuitive for an end user. 50% of the form is unnecessary and what remains is not simple for the end user to fill out. This causes the person processing the ticket to spend more time investigating what the requestor truly needs. There must be a better way to configure this form.
