Ability to customize Service Requests questions for instance, to book project rooms
Some of our meeting rooms are available to employees as project rooms, for long term projects collaboration. These project rooms are currently requested via a form in the intranet (that assesses the eligibility requirements to block out a meeting room and use it as a project room).
When I reached out to the support team to ask if we could edit the current detail questions in the service request portal to the questions we have in the project request form, I was told this was not possible and to raise a user voice request.
This would greatly assist in better tracking project room requests as some require GM approval and can take several weeks to process.

The ability to customise the New Service Request form is now available.
Section titles and questions on the New Service Request Form (including Serraview standard fields) can now be created or removed, marked as mandatory and re-ordered.
Move related configuration can also be hidden from non-move related request types.
This customisation can be different for each service request type, so each request type can have a unique service request template.
