Notification of System Upgraded or Outage
Ability to display a banner in the system when it has been upgraded or there is an outage occurring.

As part of our recent enhancements to menu navigation, we have introduced an announcements panel on the right-hand side of the Serraview homepage.
This panel will be used to communicate outages, upcoming maintenance windows, recent and future release information along with other important updates.
This panel is complementary to our existing monthly email newsletter so if you do not receive it and wish to register or have accidentally unsubscribed simply send us a message through the contact form at https://spaceiq.com/company/contact/

Enhance API Functionality
Enhance the REST API to allow greater flexibility for integrating Serraview with 3rd party tools / systems. Including:
1. Provide access to all of the tables within Serraview
2. Allow for inserting, updating and deleting data within SerraviewThis enhancement should include people, org, asset and security modules.

Floorplan Importer Error Handling
When I upload a floorplan to Serraview show me all of the errors in the file at once, rather than one at a time, so that I can correct everything in one go

Add a usage banner as a reminder for UAT instances
UAT is not meant to be a second production instance. Adding a reminder as a banner while in UAT or as a popup about what UAT should be used for would be useful in setting proper expectations.

Accessibility Compliance for Serraview
As a Serraview Customer I'd like Serraview to be reasonably compliant with accessibility standards so that all our employees can benefit from the solution, and we can meet our compliance requirements.
International standards to consider - Section 508 of the US Rehabilitation Act; Web Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 (WGAC); Authoring Tool Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 (ATAG) published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

ad-hoc space reporting in grid
Grid functionality to be able to show columns with associated square footages for spaces or BU's highlighted
2 votesThis functionality already exists in the VBS. On the toolbar click on the Spaces button which will then show an additional tab in the Information Panel that lists the spaces allocated to the BU along with the area.

Automatically create an "All Day Meeting" in the Exchange calendar when booking a desk
When a user books a desk for themselves/others, it would be a much better customer journey if the calendar appointment showed as an "All Day" meeting. Also, if the user didn't have to open the calendar invite and save it/send to themselves and just automatically went into the user's calendar. This is what our previous desk booking system did and this feature is missed greatly by our staff.

After you have made a desk reservation, Engage sends out Engage Reservation email that includes an ICS file for the booking time.
