  1. Make it easier to view and select smaller teams in VBS

    It is currently very difficult to view smaller teams of ~4 staff in VBS, as when you hover over these teams in the floor block it jumps from one to another, meaning you cannot select the one you are after as easy as version 2.

  2. Add paint brush/roller in VBS and Scenario Planner

    We really like an use frequently the paint brush tool for single point/click blocking of desks and spaces. Paint roller is good but with it not turning off automatically, we risk changing the allocation of desks this way.

  3. VBS Restricted Viewing

    Similar to Workplace, it would be good to be able to restrict what buildings/floors users have access to in the VBS.

    This would make it easier for companies with higher security requirements to comply with their companies policies.

  4. Additional details needed when searching employee names in VBS

    When adding an occupant via VBS, only limited data appears. To ensure we are selecting the right person, can we get more information like their full current location, team/department, email address, etc

    The person business card feature development has been completed & will be in the next production release. Please refer to upcoming Release Notes for more information.

  5. Make the yellow highlight of the team brighter and bolder

    Selecting a team in the stack is hard to see (attached)

    Can we enhance the yellow highlight of the selected team on the stack and floorplan to be brighter and bolder/thicker to make it more visible in the stack against all the bright team colours.

    An enhancement has been delivered to Serraview which highlights the selected team on the VBS more clearly.

  6. Tag Search functionality needed

    Need functionality in VBS to search for a TAG and have those space highlight on the floor plan as in 2.0 (see attached)

  7. Show person details when hovering over person in VBS

    In the VBS, it is beneficial to be able to get more information about individual occupants, which might then prompt you to take actions. Eg. Checking a person's contact information or identifying which of two duplicate people is correct by who's information is up to date.

    Suggested function is to have a person icon in the People tab of the information pane, where users could hover over it to show a card with the person's details.

  8. Allow Minimization of Statistics Panel

    In VBS, bring back the capability of minimizing the Statistic Panel to 3.0. It takes up a HUGE portion of the screen. Also bring back the sliding bar zoom feature as the scrolling wheel on a typical Mouse does not allow for mico-zooms in and out.

  9. VBS/Scenario - Paint allocation at any org unit level

    Currently in 2.0 I can block or paint allocations at any org level besides Team level. I can't do this in 3.0.
    I can change team's org unit levels to a higher level but I can't paint these onto desks.

  10. See staff details and org structure by hovering over staff

    In V2 you were able to hover over staff names in VBS under the team and see their contact details, role and org structure! Please bring this back as this is a very very useful feature for identifying staff and their org unit!!

  11. Tag Search functionality needed - reopen

    The Tag tab improvement now available in 3.0 is ok but it still does not allow users to see where the tags are on the floorplan. See attachments for a comparison of 2.6 functionality to highlight tagged spaces directly in VBS vs functionality in 3.0 to see how many of a certain tag are somewhere on a floor. Please add functionality to select the tag in 3.0 and the spaces highlight.

    The Spaces App now has a tagging panel which will allow users to visualize add/remove tags quickly at a floor level.

    In future we will enhance the VBS tagging feature to also highlight spaces on the floor.

  12. When editing team in VBS, existing Org Unit is not selected in dropdown structure

    In VBS in I would like to select the existing Org Unit of the team you are editing in the dropdown structure.

    See the Location dropdown for an example of the requested behaviour in action, i.e. when dropping down the existing floor/neighbour is already selected in the dropdown structure.

  13. VBS floorplan size

    Enlarge the viewing area of the floors in VBS. In the older version there was a much larger space to see the floors.
