Show person details when hovering over person in VBS
In the VBS, it is beneficial to be able to get more information about individual occupants, which might then prompt you to take actions. Eg. Checking a person's contact information or identifying which of two duplicate people is correct by who's information is up to date.
Suggested function is to have a person icon in the People tab of the information pane, where users could hover over it to show a card with the person's details.

An enhancement has been delivered to Serraview to display their a contact card when you hover over a persons name in the VBS.

In V2 we could see key person information when hovering over them in VBS, this was used often when reviewing team occupants, or investigating unconfirmed.
