Allow other bookings settings to be set by location such as booking restrictions
Currently if one part of the company in one location is only using workplace groups to restrict but another location is using departments I have to use logic which does not work for my whole organization to use SiQ. As a local admin I want the ability to restrict hotel desk usage to local settings.

Mobile App Desk Booking Workflow
When booking a desk on the mobile app, one the employee selects the address and makes their preference on day/time/assets, instead of requiring them to select a floor, we would like the work flow to take the directly to a floor especially if they only have one floor to choose from.

Dashboard enhancement
The dashboard is currently set up with pre-defined reports but I would like to request the development of dashboards to allow an organization to create and save their own unique reports.

Add ability to change the icon font size and colour on pins.
It is hard to read the desk number and name details on the plans as fonts are small and black with plans in the background also black. A contrasting colour would be easier to read.

If a change in space occurs that excludes a booking there should be a warning
When a hotel desk is booked and later that hotel desk is changed in alignment with booking restrictions there should be a warning given either to the admin making the change to the space or the employee with the booking. Or both.

Assigning a capacity to different types of workspaces.
I would like to add capacities to different types of seating within the office, not just desks. I would also like to have the capacities count at different rates based on the type of seating. For example: Desk = 1 seat, Phone Room = .5 seat, Pantry seating = .25. The idea is to track overall capacity on the floor to all types of seating available, not just desks. As we move forward with completely flexible seating, we need to provide employees with alternative options, and we need to be able to track and report on these options.

Cleaning Floorplan Report
The ability to pull a floorplan that has booked stations for that day/week marked so the cleaning crew can target their cleaning efforts to used stations daily.

Multi day bookings
I would like to request the development under Multis day bookings to allow the start time selected for day 1 to remain as the start time for each subsequent day. Currently SiQ reverts all days after day 1 to whatever is the start time on the account. This issue is causing problems with the check in requirement.

Employees with same name under Admin hoteling bookings
Ability to view employee details when an Admin books a desk for an employee. Currently, if there are employees with similar names, SiQ only displays the list of names without any indication of their function so you are blind as to who to choose. An example has been attached to this post.

admin view of a photo in a meeting room
As an admin after I add a photo to a meeting room or desk on the floor map I want the ability to view and audit without changing my view on the web.
Currently the only way to see this is to add "/finder" to my url.

Space Updates in Floor Plan Change Orders should show WHO committed the changes.
When you look in the floor plan change orders section under space updates you can see changes were made. You cannot see who made the changes or when. This should be a part of the visible audit trail. As an admin I want to know WHO made the changes and WHEN changes were made to spaces.

Show who made Space Updates
Add a field to the Space Updates page to show who made changes to a space. When there are several Admins who have the right to make changes, it would be helpful to know who made a change to a Space Type or deleted a space.

Visual Representation of Move Plan
It would be helpful to have some sort of visual link that shows where employees are moving to and from. A line or arrow connecting seats would make it easy to visualize how moves will affect the current seating plan while building a move plan.
