Create a custom usage type
Ability to create a custom usage type. I have employees coming to the office going directly to meeting rooms and have no need to book a desk. But I need them to be able to book some kind of space in order to complete the Health Check. I'd rather they not book Hotel Desks when they're going to be sitting in meeting rooms all day. This will also be a good feature for people who are coming in for Social Events.

Seats to be BOTH shared AND a secondary
A desk needs to be able to be BOTH a shared AND a secondary seat. They are currently both usage types, for which you can only make one selection.
The situation is such: employee X uses shared desk #1 on Mondays and shared desk #2 on Tuesdays. We need to assign Desk# 2 as a secondary desk for this employee, but cannot because you can only selected EITHER "shared" or "secondary". They should not be mutually exclusive.

Being able to schedule employees to return back to the buildings at specific times
Having a way as we return employees back to the building to be able to schedule them to return at specific times. This way they can get new badges or have IT help them with their equipment while having an easy way to find their new seat in the building.

Reservation Canceled app notification when already checked in
Stop the app giving the "Reservation Cancelled. Your desk reservation has been auto-released" notification when I am already checked in. When I look in the app it still says 'checked in' and so does the website. I get two notifications at the same time.

Admins ability to view daily bookings by offices/locations in the app
Would love it if admins could have the ability to see daily booking reports per location/office in bulk within the app. Looking up individuals in the app takes too long. My team and I are seeing how this app can help with role calls during an emergency evacuation if we cannot grab our laptops before exiting the building.

Select Hours
Let users select specific times when reserving a desk. Currently I can only reserve a desk for 8am-5pm which is not my work schedule.

Notification bug
If i book a desk for Friday but cancel the booking on Wednesday (t-2), then on Friday I still receive the notifications telling me that I have a booking as asking me to check-in

Capacity Met vs. Available Report
It would be nice to have a report to understand how much capacity has been met at any point in time. For example, if I have 100 hotel desks on a floor and I want to see a percentage of how many have been booked on a day and how many are still available, it would be great.

Location Admins add employees to neighborhoods via the floor map
As an admin I can add employees to neighborhoods via the floor map as well as manage > neighborhoods. However a location admin does not have the same ability via the floor map and can only add via manage > neighborhoods. To bring feature parity and less confusion location admins should have the same capabilities for their responsibilities and be able to use the floor map to add employees to floor maps.

Reserve asset/item
A feature to be able to reserve equipment/items/assets not associated to a space. Our organization would find it very useful to be able to reserve shared demo equipment.
Our current work around is to treat them like hotel spaces, but this skews our reporting numbers.1 vote -

It would be nice for users to be able to mark/note their favorite hotel desks, especially if they're constantly travelling between offices.

Search filter option by user name
Would love to see an option to filter by date range and specific name when searching and only have that one result come up. Currently, you don't have this function so when auditing, the only way to do this is to download first, go to excel, and filter by name. It would be nice if all of these were available tools/actions on your platform on demand.

Adding buildings should error out if SiQ can't identify a timezone for the building.
As an admin I would like to have the extra step of having my building's address verified when adding the address so other issues don't arise if I have accidentally perpetuated an error in the address.

Desktop Maintenance Ticketing for Viewers
Is there any way to add maintenance ticketing as a desktop feature for employees? This really makes the laptop version useless for employee’s that are not hoteling, which for us is about 80%! This is extremely disappointing!! I’ve had a couple people ask for the laptop version because they don’t have any space on their phones to add the app.

Desk availability by day
Allow to select a day and then view all available/unavailable desks for that day via the floor map - rather than having to click into each desk and selecting a date to understand availability of just that one desk.
