Designation requested for 1 Office shared by two people at the same time
In order for our "Office" reports to be accurate, we need one office (with one door) to show up as 1 office. However, we may have cubicle furniture set up inside this office that can accommodate 2 people inside this one space at the same time. Or, we can remove the cubicle furniture and configure this one office to accommodate only 1 person.
We need a way to show this office as one office on our reports, but to show that two users may be sharing this one office at the same time. I mention this to differentiate between a…1 vote -

Print Floor Map to PDF
Ability to print to PDF instead of PNG and also select size (11x17, etc). The PNG image format is not good when you print out in large format and lines and text become blurry. Not good quality.

Remove "Cancel Booking" from the check-in email
As an admin I would like the ability to be able to remove the cancel link from the check-in email. This can be confusing to end-users and as an organization I would like to be able to decide if it is appropriate or not to have it.

Custom Space Fields
The client would like the ability to add customer space fields similar to how customer employee fields can be brought in. This would allow the add items like docking stations, networks, etc. to any space.

Allow the check-in title to be changed.
Currently you can change the text of the check in box but the title "health screening" is hard coded in. It would be nice to be able to change that title or if it has to be hard-coded change it to "Check-In Message" or something like that so you can add things other than a health screen to it. This is a great place for protocol by location, safety or weather issues that may arise, reminders, etc that are not necessarily a health screening. For those that want to use it as a health screen they could change the title…

Booking desk - safe distancing
Keeping distance when booking desks.
If an employee reserves a desk, all those that are too close will be excluded from the reservation.
Or you can't reserve a desk close to the primary seat - distance must be kept.

Export Reporting Graphs
The ability to export the graphs in the reports. Specifically the Hotel Desk report and the Bookings by Department.

To allow for health status/check in to be completed on a Friday for a Monday booking
Ideally we need to be able to raise the check in time to 72 hours and to have a separate time option for health status reminders. This will allow for a health status/check in to be completed on a Friday for a Monday booking. Having a separate time option to send for employee notifications for health status reminders will also ensure notifications are received in a timely manner as with the current settings with 72 hours before booking time if a whole working week booking is made then on a Saturday a notification email is sent for a Tuesday booking…

hoteling configurations by site
Rather than have the hoteling settings configured for the entire portfolio, can we have custom settings by location?
For example, an office in Denver may have different covid restrictions than NYC and I want the times that are available to be different for each of those.

make space labels optional for viewing
Allows space labels to not show in the circumstance it is the same as the space code. A check mark to make this not visible.
