Tickets via SiQ
I would like to request a ticket option for 'Desk Requests' so it allows users to request site support for desks (Primary, Hoteling, Private Offices etc) through SiQ. The current ticket fields are very limited and does not provide sufficient fields to allow sufficient info to be captured.

Allow hotel reservation guidelines to be set floor by floor vs a global setting for all buildings
The global default setting for hotel reservations is set for all of our buildings world wide. A department can reserve within their department only or the reservations can be made anywhere for any hotel space by anyone who has SIQ access. I would like a feature to set this default floor by floor in our buildings. Different floors/buildings or locations have different access requirements

Filter Headcount by team report by seated and non seated employees.
As an admin allow me to filter non seated employees and seated employees in the "Headcount by Team" report. The report name implies I will see the team not just the seated members.

Hotel Desk Report
Updates to the report:
-add a date filter to the Hotel Desk report like it is in the Hotel Booking Report?-show percentages of total desks each department is using(allocated/total)
-show percentages of desks used with in departments. (# use in department/total allocated to department) ie. Sales is using 10 of 20 desks

Add field for 'worker category' options to Employee Record
Provide customization to the available fields shown on the Employee record. We plan on identifying employees in four work categories: Virtual, Remote, No Office and OSP (outsourced) which are not related to the existing space Type options (remote or no desk needed) that SiQ includes in the employee record. We would also want to add a sortable column in the report showing this new work category.

Book Hoteling Desk from Slack or Teams
The ability for employees to search for hotel desks through Slack or Teams. Similar to how we can search for employees in slack where the command brings up a link that directs us to the SiQ map.

Ability to SAVE a desk number as a user and not have to find/search each time.
Each user should be able to have saved or "favorite" desks numbers and that should be a quick pick option as soon as they log in.

Make viewer role navigating back to floor plans more intuitive
Navigating from user settings back to the floor maps for someone in a viewer role is not altogether intuitive. As a viewer I want it obvious what I should click on to see the floor plans.

extend session timeout
Suggestion: Extend session timeout while using SpaceIQ from a web browser.
Technical challenge: As it has been explained to me, currently: "Our session tokens expire if a user becomes idle in SiQ. If you login and leave SiQ open and don't do anything with it for a time this requires a login again. However if you remain active in SiQ while it is open this should not occur. Our development team stated that you could have SiQ open in a browser for 10 minutes and do nothing with it and it would have the same effect of having to login…

Main dashboard enhancement / locations
Allow colour coding of location pins on the global map to allow the viewer to differentiate between space types e.g. co-working location, remote location, HQ office, regional HQ, local office etc. Based on current work requirements this would be a valuable enhancement to see the distribution of a company's workforce and office footprint. Ability to add pop-up messages (by admins) when accessing the web-based site. For either when users log-on or for date specific selections.

checkin time settings
Change Checkin setting to add 18 hours prior to booking start time or if possible add the additional 1 hour increments of 13 - 23 hours to the settings option.
The reason for the request is that if the booking start time is 8:00am and you us the 12 hour in advance setting for checkin that means employees would be allowed to checkin starting at 8:00pm at night. Do not see many employees being alert at night to do that. Instead I do see employees doing a checkin between the hours of 12:00pm and 5:00pm during working hours, plus the…

We should only receive a notification (through phone app) and an email confirming cancellation once desk booking is cancelled. At the minute, I still receive several notifications to check-in and in my company case, doing health status even bookings are cancelled right up to mid-day of the day the desk is cancelled.

Add shared and hot desk to help/legend icon
When you click on the question mark only the org units are displayed. It would be great if A) they can permanently be displayed and B) include shared and hot desk

RENUMBERING unique desk IDs
Renumbering: in managing our floor maps and where desks are added to large open plan areas we have to renumber desks to maintain a logical unique ID sequence. Where employees have prebooked desks and have received their email booking confirmation (with the desk unique ID before the changes were made) a new email should re-issue to reflect the latest desk unique ID

No scrolling to the right on dialogue box on mobile web and can’t access cancel button.
