  1. Right now when you are adjusting inventory quantity in the adjustment tab and press "Enter" it cancels whatever adjustment you made. It would be much more user friendly that when you press "Enter" after inputting all the required information that it instead completed the adjustment instead of cancelling it.

  2. Having a column next to the Qty line would be beneficial to anyone making counts that is not familiar with what parts have a different Unit of Measurement. This would eliminate extra recounts or excess ordering coming from incorrect counting on parts having a different UOM than Each.

  4. Enterprise client wants to prevent their technicians from manually updating the WO completion date. As per their workflow, they have a "tech complete" active status, and then their supervisors update the status of the WO to completed. Technicians are manually updating the WO completion date, which is affecting when parts are being consumed.

  5. Creating cycle counts should have more options, such as transaction triggered (those parts used via work order in some time periodicity) and those with a total value in excess of some value (i.e. combined parts value exceeds $1500.00).

  6. It is critical to be able to count all spare parts in our store room. Not being able to count components has us counting them off line. We must do this to stay in compliance with our policies and procedures. Otherwise we must do a 100% inventory at year end. We need to be able to add components to cycle counts in order to count the entirety of inventory. This also throws off your KPI's because it is misrepresenting counting your inventory at 100%... Components are part of inventory!

  7. Add further options to expand label printing customization. A large enterprise client needs to remove the barcode for space and add their "manufacture part number" custom field.

  8. Currently, a client has multiple warehouses per site. The primary warehouse replenishes each individual warehouse, which in this case are individual technician's trucks. Each day, the technician takes inventory to complete his work orders that day. Currently, the technician is required to add a part to every work order. The technicians complete the work order in an active status. Their supervisor then completes the work order in a completed status. Unfortunately, an incorrect warehouse is often selected, causing inaccurate Inventory data.

Please add an option to only allow technicians to pull a part from his/her own warehouse/truck on the WO…

  9. This was a feature that was removed recently. I need a way to quickly find parts that are not currently in a bin. I used this feature every day and really need it added back. We add new parts almost everyday and then assign them to a work order before ever putting them in a bin. Without this feature parts are getting used and we have no easy way of knowing. It used to be called Blanks under the bin location filter right under select all.

  11. Adding the ability to return a part on the same PO was available on our legacy version, Classic. Enterprise client is frustrated with the current process in Lightning. When returning a part, it's on a separate PO. In this client's perspective, it's like purchasing an item at a store, obtaining a receipt, and then trying to returning that item on a completely different receipt that had nothing at all to do with the original transaction.

  12. Use Case: Currently, clients can select up to 4 fields from a dropdown for "Text Line 1 - Text Line 4". Clients can select Base Unit of Measure, Bin, Bin Tree, Description, Part #, Part # + Description, and Part Type. The client requested another combined option: Add bin location & description on one line. Thank your the consideration.

Great news - your idea has been approved for inclusion in our product roadmap! Please note that the final feature set may evolve as we incorporate additional customer feedback, conduct product and design research, and consider broader use cases beyond the original request. We appreciate your input and will keep you updated as development progresses.

  13. I wanted to share an observation regarding the current process for adding new parts to the inventory.

At the moment, creating a new part takes a considerable amount of time because every detail has to be filled in manually — such as part number, description, type, brand, status, part name, storage location, cost, and then linking the part to an asset. When many parts are similar, this becomes repetitive and time-consuming.

In the previous system (HIPPO CMMS), this process was more efficient. It was possible to copy an existing part and only update the fields that were different — for…

Thank you for your suggestion—this idea has merit and aligns with our broader strategy. However, due to other priorities, we are unable to pursue it at this time. We’ll keep it on our radar and revisit it when the timing is right or if we see increased interest from our customer community.

  14. Warehouse exposed in Invoice API. It is available in the built in BI tool. But as we are exporting the data to our BI tool and ERP; we need the warehouse so we can alleviate inventory values appropriately.
