Android app is unstable
The Android Kiosk app is NOT reliable. I setup a trial location and tried to test the check-in process, which nearly every time hung on a blank screen after answering covid questions, never proceeding to NDA, Badge printing, and notifying the host. After wasting hours of troubleshooting by myself AND with support, I asked a colleague to deploy the Kiosk app to his iPad and activate it on the test location. The check-in process completed without any issues, EVERY time.
This was a very frustrating revelation, as all the time I spent troubleshooting, was a complete waste of time and could have been avoided, had the Android app been as well developed and tested as the iOS app.
