  1. Ability to send an email to all people with a desk booking for the current day in the click of a button; to be able to immediately broadcast information in an emergency event without wasting time having to run a report and export in to outlook.

  2. In order to check allergens while consulting the printer-friendly version of the vendors report, chefs need to click back on the dropdown box, select allergens and link them to the right meeting, which is tedious and leaves them open to potential mistakes. Could you please add the Allergen/Intolerance/Preference information to the report so everything is captured all at once?

  4. For the new Outlook Integration we noticed in our environment that the feature can cause issues with our MTR rooms. People forgetting to untick the Outlook option when booking on behalf of.
    Would be good to edit the global setting to Turn off the feature or untick Outlook by default

    In addition, a really amazing option would be for us to edit if certain users can see the Outlook option or not, users such a reception team or PA/EAs do not need this feature and can end up causing issues so it would be good to edit specific accounts to…

  7. Admin should be able to edit the number of attendees for any type of booking. Now since the deployment of the smart calendar add-in, Outlook appointment cannot be edited anymore.

  9. user profile should be filled with the data "company" in case users are from a company with different subsidiaries .

    Field should be filled via SCIM automatically. User can see this field in his own profile but only an admin is able to change this data.

  10. I have many buildings for different companies and so different admins. But I have no way to set "region" admin.
    Country and building are not enough : I need an intermediate level for cities or companies or regions for example.

  13. It would be really helpful for managers to see their team/department's in office schedule, this will give them a good indication of their team's attendance in the office instead of having to pull reports for each department or providing admin access to managers and having to give them training on how to pull the reports. This will be especially useful in offices where there is a mandatory return to the office and employees are required to attend a set amount of days.

  14. For Nokia there is a strong need to have a separate solution for Vehicle registration & booking solution
    1. enable per employee to register the car licence plat number enabling to export for sending to the landlord to control the parking
    2. avoid using additional resource with no limitation on bookings per day what is needed and should also be handled as Parking Primary resource

  15. Resource Management Request to enable configuration of multiple closing periods per resource :
    that for resources multiple closing periods can be setup / configured and recurrently being open / closed according to setup : like montly maintenance for which resources need to be closed

  18. It should be basic usability of the mobile application that when location changes are made on the web version, it should synchronise to the mobile version.
    Eg. Adding/removing attributes, or locations on your environment, if they change on your web version it should be reflective on the mobile version.

    "Please be informed that I've checked this with our Engineering team, and they've informed us that this is an expected behavior for the mobile application as per design.

    Whenever a location is added/removed, the users will have to logout from the mobile application and then log back in for the changes…

  20. It is not possible to copy group configuration on country level. Just within a country.
    Therefore, it should be possible to either create group templates for reuse or be able to copy group configuration between countries.
