Need a separate Vehicle registration & Parking booking solution as primary resource
For Nokia there is a strong need to have a separate solution for Vehicle registration & booking solution
1. enable per employee to register the car licence plat number enabling to export for sending to the landlord to control the parking

Inconsistent UI behavior around sorting. Some places Alphabetical, others not, sometimes by DB entry time
An example of this would be: when viewing Location dropdown from 'Meeting Spaces' Home page, Locations are sorted A-Z. When viewing Location dropdown from Booking Grid, Locations are sorted first by Region, and then A-Z within the region

Location Sync from Web to Mobile
It should be basic usability of the mobile application that when location changes are made on the web version, it should synchronise to the mobile version.
Eg. Adding/removing attributes, or locations on your environment, if they change on your web version it should be reflective on the mobile version."Please be informed that I've checked this with our Engineering team, and they've informed us that this is an expected behavior for the mobile application as per design.
Whenever a location is added/removed, the users will have to logout from the mobile application and then log back in for the changes…

Allow PurposeOfVisit in Visitor_CreateVisitor_V1 API to allow other values
The Visitor API has been designed to support UnKnown = 0, InternalVisitor = 1, ExternalVisitor = 2 and no other values. Suggest to enhance this feature as it does not make sense to have only 2 values accepted.

The Mobile Application needs to show information as reflected in the Web Applications 'Latest News' section. Especially in case of important information that we need our users to see when using the Mobile Application.

Copy group setup between countries
It is not possible to copy group configuration on country level. Just within a country.
Therefore, it should be possible to either create group templates for reuse or be able to copy group configuration between countries.4 votes -

Receive a notification for check-in. Employees reserve a personal space (desk or office) prior to arriving in the office and they forget don't check in, thinking because they reserved the desk it is all done. Once they arrive at the office they should receive a notification telling them to check in. Geolocation settings.

Prompt for user acknowledgement of customer-specific Privacy Policy and publish reference to same policy on GUI (mobile App AND web)
Users need to be notified on how their data will be collected, processed and stored. They should acknowledge the data privacy policy in effect with Condeco (at least on first use). A link to the policy should also be advertised in the GUI of both the Mobile APP and the browser APP at all times. Condeco's overall Privacy policy presumes that all configuration options are turned on. We should be able to advertise a Condeco data privacy policy that reflects only those features that are accessible (for instance, we've disabled the booking grid and do not have users self-certify to…

We have teams that only come on site for meetings and Condeco doesn't trigger any self-certification if they're not booking a desk.

Add "All Colleagues" Tab to Contact Tracing Report
Add "All Colleagues" Tab to Contact Tracing Report. This tab would list all users who had a booking at the same location regardless of Floor or Zone. Currently the report is showing only users who had bookings on the same Floor or Zone. It is possible for users in different floors to come in contact with others, for example in the elevator. It is important to report on all users regardless of floor or zone location.

There are currently no available desks that match your specified search criteria
When searching for a personal space (desk) for a number of days, rather than saying "none available" if there is desk availability on some of the days, say that instead of none for all days.
Staff are becoming confused when trying to book 3 days in a week and having to keep changing the search for 1 day at a time.4 votes -
Change the service item Set-up time to a time frame in the set-up time
Example we have a booking start at 10am the system is configured to add a 30 minutes set-up time.

Consistent Floor Map views across all menu options and mobile
when booking a desk from Today Page, Home Page, Find a Desk and the mobile app each shows a slightly different view of the floorplan and inconsitent labeling of desk meta data
These should be standardised across all options

Advance schedule for opening / closing desks
An option to open/close desks at specific times in the future. Due to covid we have many closed floors. The current admin options are limited and require significant manual effort. There is a lot of admin burden in opening and then closing desks for certain periods.
