  2. Allow Team Day bookings to be booked before bookings open for all users. Please allow Team Day bookings to open 1 week before bookings for all users. Our users are in the habit of booking desks as soon as the booking week opens, so it is difficult to get desks for teams to sit together using the teams day feature. If teams days were able to be booked a few days before the grid opens to all users, it would be very beneficial and allow teams to sit together on their team days.

  3. Currently, maximum booking duration for meeting rooms are enabled for group. However, Admins are unable to override this rule and this is causing issues as sometimes there are uers that needed the room for valid reasons. Please get this override rule enabled soonest so that it can help in our daily operations.

  4. We noticed that the ability to edit team days, such as adding or removing colleagues, is missing. Currently, we have to cancel and re-book team days. Could the ability to edit team days be added please? many thanks

  5. At the moment, when booking a space directly on the booking grid, associated service items are not added unless the booking form is opened at least once.

    The booking should behave in the same way whether or not you book on the grid or open the booking form.

  7. Please bring back being able to book multiple personal spaces on the same day for Executive Admins. Example: Executive Admins book for multiple Executives and being able to book multiple PERSONAL spaces on the same day would be great. Right now, they are booking one space and then calling someone else to book the other.

    We would need to have the possibility to monitor our subscribed and unsubscribed users in our Tenant :

    Is it possible to add the "Outlook Calendar" field inside the "Show Field Selection Window" for the Basic User Report section ?

  9. Option to register RFID Cards without the need to setup a booking on V3 Desk Screen. Currently we are faced with having to register our users RFID Cards and only way is to book an open Personal Space, unfortunately we do not have any open Personal Spaces at the moment. It would be nice to have button option for the purpose of Registering RFID without needing to make a reservation.

  11. Hi Team,
    Currently Condeco has two source of settings defined for screens on Condeco web portal and Device hub portal which creates conflict leading to screen errors if different settings are mentioned on any of these sources.
    There should be a mechanisms to replicate setting from Device hub to Condeco web and vice versa so that settings at both portals is same and thus avoid conflict, additional efforts of updating both portals and reduce any user confusion.

  12. There should be a option to enable the 'untick' button to sync to calendar for all users not just administrators. Staff are forgetting to untick this option, and we have had several issues with bookings being accidentally cancelled. In a most recent staff survey, we had over 150 requests to have this functionality removed.

  13. this team day feature has been misused by folks and this is very concerning where desks were left empty, not occupied where teams booked the whole section for the whole week.

    so far the feature cannot be turned off for a particular site, it has to be done on the tenant level..

  14. Users have encountered several issues since Outlook was synced with Condeco. We recommend providing the option to configure whether we want the default tick selected when booking a room, allowing us more control over the setup.

  15. Can the booking form autopopulate with info the user has previously inputted like email, 2nd contact phone number and cost code. This will make it quicker to place bookings as for most teams it will always be the same info.

  16. I want to be on the waiting list for ANY room for 14 or more people with a video conferencing facility. Instead, in order yo give myself some hope of getting a room, I have to be on every waiting list and fill out a separate form for each room. (2 done, 13 to go, so far). Surely this is madness.

  17. It would be desirable to include the roles of the user in the personal spaces booking grid. So that in emergencies you could see directly in the booking grid whether a First Aider or Fire Marshal is on site and you could also see directly where they are sitting. It would be nice to use the same icons that appear in the user management as soon as you have selected and saved these roles.

  18. We would like to request that the creator of a booking also receives a meetig reminder email. Currently, only the host and the requestor are receiving reminder email, but the person who creates the booking does not receive one.
