Set Default Country and Region on Multi-Office Bookings
When selecting other rooms for multi-office bookings, you need to manually select the country and region. It would make it more usable if these could be set as a default either on a user or other basis.

Limit resources
It should be possible to limit and delimit resources over time. Example 1: We opened a new team space at the end of 2023 and added 1 room with 3 desks from another team space to this new team space. If I now analyse last year's booking data, these 3 desks have already been assigned to this new team space for the entire last year, even though this team space did not even exist until November 2023. Outlook 12-hour Time Display
In the Outlook plug-in, we would like the option to select 12-hour time. At the moment, it is automatically set to 24-hour time.

Same day booking
Add the ability for same day (ad-hoc) desk bookings not to count towards overall booking limit.
We currently have it set to 3 days per week, but this restricts flexibility if staff want to attend the office additional days.

Disable pinch to zoom on kiosks
Our kiosks are often left by users in a zoomed in state that makes them appear non-functional - this is easily solved just by zooming out. Could this be disabled somehow - either in Chrome or in the Kiosk web page?

Promote card registration in web portal and use of app
Could there be reminder prompts that could be enabled / disabled in the Condeco web portal to remind users who have not registered their cards when they log on to the web portal. Could these also be used to promote use of the app.

Slow loading
The web application is too slow. Users cannot book rooms until the master page load, which takes several minutes to load.

Custom field 'Speciality' included in Power BI reports for clinic rooms' bookings
We would like to have our custom field 'Speciality' visible and included in the data set that is presented on Power BI. We use our meeting rooms for clinical activity and this will enable us to make recommendations on the utilisation of space.

smart calendar should detect the administrator access of the organizer
You should detect Managed meeting spaces in Smart Calendar and if a user has administraotr access.
Use Case : I have set up to 24 hours the time to validate a meeting so the moderators have one day to approve a request. But as a moderator, he can book the room the same day.
As Smart Calendar doesn't detect his admin level access, the moderator can't book the room the same day.1 vote -
Delegate Services confirmation
Currently only the Outlook Calendar owner receives a services confirmation email. However the delegate receives all other emails to complete a booking but not the vital email to say a room is booked and catering services charges. Delegate CC'd is all that is required.

Condeco Working Week
To be in line with Services, where notification and cancellation times can be added to menu items. It would be beneficial for Condeco to acknowledge working week “Monday to Friday only” as opposed to including weekends. This would benefit notification calculations where an item is recorded with 24, 48 or 72 hours notice and prevent items being booked on a Friday and being delivered on Monday morning because Saturday & Sunday is currently assumed in Condeco as working days. As an example (Not including weekends) would mean an item with 72 hours notice for preparation and booked on a Friday…

When selecting multiple floors for Desk Booking, show the Floor Plans for the selected floors
Currently when you book a space in Personal Spaces and use CRTL/CMD to select multiple floors (as it tells you to), no floor plans are shown on the following screen, only a list view.
Please also populate the Floor Plan tab to show the floor plans of the selected floors.

Able to delete rejected bookings
Option to be able to delete rejected bookings to avoid having to swim through all of them in order to find your accepted one.

Unable to book rooms- when they are free
unable to book meetings in between 2 bookings in conference rooms- even though there is availability!

Can't see room attributes on a small screen resolution when searching for rooms
When you search for rooms, you get a result list. However, on smaller display resolutions and screen sizes, the room attributes are hidden unless you scroll horizontally on the results list. One would not expect to scroll horizontally because the room booking button stays on the screen. Windows machines automatically scale text to 150% on laptop screens that are 15" with 1920x1080 resolution. This causes the room attributes to become hidden by the book button.

Réservation d'une salle - Import de participants
Bonjour,
Afin de gérer nos visiteurs au niveau de l'accueil des sites, nos utilisateurs doivent pouvoir importer les participants. Nos utilisateurs ont souvent déjà saisis cette liste par ailleurs qui peut être importante et donc réutilisable pour condeco. Lorsqu'ils ont trop de participants, nos utilisateurs ne saisissent pas les informations qui sont pourtant essentielles pour un bon accueil de nos visiteurs. Nous devons donc impérativement proposer une solution à nos utilisateurs.
Serait-il possible d'ajouter la possibilité d'importer des participants lorsque l'on crée la réunion au travers d'un fichier excel ?
