  1. When administering Groups it would be ideal to provide an option to apply a change to all groups in a location vs. having to edit every group for a single small change that applies to all groups at a location.

  3. We are unable to produce a Power BI dashboard from the Condeco template which also includes future booking data. This means the developed dashboard is only able to analyse bookings up to and including yesterday, and we therefore cannot use the dashboard to assess capacity/bookings for the following week/month etc.

  4. Add breadcrumbs to the floor plan administration page similar to the desk booking interface. It's a pain to have to re-select alternate floor to get back to main floor plan on a particular floor just to configure a group.

  5. Hi
    At the moment when defining the Floors in a Location we can define the Floor Name against each floor number, so if we had 4 floors above Ground, we can set them as 1st Flr, 2nd Flr and so on.
    On the Booking Grid floor drop-down it displays this as '1st Flr (1)' 2nd Flr (2) etc.
    Some Locations have a 'mezzanine' floor and there is currently no way I know of to set the right floor number. If we had 4 floors above Ground M,1,2 and 3 - I would have set the Mezzanine floor as floor 1,…

  7. Currently if a user is allowed to book 5 days a week, he will show 2 slots per day booked. So if the user books the same desk for 5 days, the reports shows 10 slots. However, if the user books a different desk the slot count total doubles on the report.

    Example:

    User: Condeco
    Book Slot Allowance: 5 per week

    Scenario 1: Condeco books Desk 01 (5 days)
    -Report shows total slots 10

    Scenario 2: Condeco books Desk 01 (4 days) & Desk 02 (1 day)
    -Report shows total slots 20, instead of 10

  8. There should be no requirement to provide room defaults when room booking is not in use. Omnicom is using desk booking only on some of the instances and users are being requested to add room defaults.

  11. The geofencing technology is great to automatically check you in at your desk. It would be great if you could have the same functionality to prompt you to release your desk when you leave the vicinity?
    Many users are forgetting to release their desks at the end of the day.

The screens are not supporting iClass Seos cards. as in the datasheet the it is mentioned as screens can detect iClass Family of cards but it is observed that not all iClass family cards are not supported specifically we need iClass Seos cards to be supported as most of the employees have these type of cards

  14. In view of COVID19, it would be good if Admins could retroactively book a desk on a past date, in case someone showed up at the office without actually booking a desk.
    That would be very useful to allow contact-tracing.

When a requestor changes their booking in any way (moving their meeting to a different room, deleting their booking, changing quanitties/service items etc) this should be visually highlighted on the dashboard so it's immediately obvious to the vendor that something has changed. Also, it would be good to show WHAT has changed when they click on that booking to investigate. An e-mail is not useful for large operational kitchens, no-one is sat waiting to see if something has moved/been ammended. Also, the e-mail doesn't highlight what has changed anyway so it's really unhelpful. Make the dashboard be the singular source…

  16. Auto-cc (invite) another mailbox (specified by client) configured p/room in “admin”. To enable auto-inviting other resource Skype / Teams / Zoom...

    This will enable auto-inviting another mailbox (resource) whenever you book a specific room. Resources for Skype / Teams / Visitors systems

    Competition already does this. This will enable by booking a room, that another resource like a Skype / Teams in-room conference phone or system is automatically booked. This is a simple change, but can be seen as a “integration” to the clients-benefit. I would do this asap! Great function

  18. When Catering marks a request as "Collected" it's filtered out into a different view, but if that change was made in error, there is no way to change it back from "Collected" to any of the other status options. Those status buttons should remain on the request window and Catering should have the ability to toggle between them.
