  1. Could we show the number of attendee's showing on the screen and or possibly managing display information. Such as "Wear masks prior to entering the room" as an example.

  3. The geofencing technology is great to automatically check you in at your desk. It would be great if you could have the same functionality to prompt you to release your desk when you leave the vicinity?
    Many users are forgetting to release their desks at the end of the day.

  5. The screens are not supporting iClass Seos cards. as in the datasheet the it is mentioned as screens can detect iClass Family of cards but it is observed that not all iClass family cards are not supported specifically we need iClass Seos cards to be supported as most of the employees have these type of cards

  6. In view of COVID19, it would be good if Admins could retroactively book a desk on a past date, in case someone showed up at the office without actually booking a desk.
    That would be very useful to allow contact-tracing.

  8. Auto-cc (invite) another mailbox (specified by client) configured p/room in “admin”. To enable auto-inviting other resource Skype / Teams / Zoom...

    This will enable auto-inviting another mailbox (resource) whenever you book a specific room. Resources for Skype / Teams / Visitors systems

    Competition already does this. This will enable by booking a room, that another resource like a Skype / Teams in-room conference phone or system is automatically booked. This is a simple change, but can be seen as a “integration” to the clients-benefit. I would do this asap! Great function

  10. When Catering marks a request as "Collected" it's filtered out into a different view, but if that change was made in error, there is no way to change it back from "Collected" to any of the other status options. Those status buttons should remain on the request window and Catering should have the ability to toggle between them.

  12. The condeco server should pickup the local customer time & date and not a UTC time for vendor management/logging.

    We had that issue already discussed with the condeco technical support:

    The timezone for logging/managing vendor things appears to be fixed as UTC time (according to the support) and not our local time zone.

    Logging for print etc. are set to UTC time zone, which appears always as a different time than our local time zone. This need to be a consistent process for logging/managing the time zones server wide/account setting wise (!) and not for every part of the system…

  14. When a new Group is changed on the Quick Room Search or Find a Room page it resets the time. This is because the other Group may have different business hours. However if my existing chosen time is within the newly selected Group's business hours, it should retain my selection.

  15. Hi,
    In the old version all the pending requests used to be in bright orange and were easy to identify looking at the booking grid. Since the update, we can only identify them by a little question mark on the top left.
    Can this be changed back to how it was before?

  20. Report for deleted rooms. I could not find a report on rooms that we deleted. I felt that it should be a standard report to list rooms that were deleted with detail such as
    1. Date Deleted
    2. Room Name
    3. Occupancy
    4. Location
    5. Facilities/Equipment in the room
    6. Booking from date of deletion.

    This is for record purposes.
