ALL local admin and global admin to be able to manually enter visitor numbers on the booking form.
The Number of guests per booking is limited to seat capacity – However we are able to add extra chairs to a booking therefore capacity increases – We are now unable to increase endless number of visitors as this will only reflect the number of guests in the booking – Global admin are allowed to manually input any number of visitors to a booking – Due to the way in which we operate we need ALL local admin and global admin to be able to manually enter visitor numbers .

Service items available for admin only and therefore invisible for normal users
That is also a really big problem. Even when you can make items not orderable for users, they are still visible. Which means, users see what is possible even when it´s just for C-Levels. For example, nobody needs to know, what the brunch for the C-Level costs. We had a really big escalation due to this.

Deeplink in Emails show Catering Items which the user cannot order
The deep link shows EVERYTHING what is available,even when you cannot order it, because cut-off time or notification time is over. This is connected to the escalation we had regarding C-Level items.

Cost codes - select cost codes per drop down menu
We have uploaded over 388 PAGES of cost codes just for one entity. You have to know the correct cost code before you can ordering the catering. We believe a drop down menu is not the best way, but an intelligent field, which is showing you the cost codes when you enter something, might be more helpful.
User should be able to see the cost codes or to get some good suggestions.

Transparent splitting between user and Admin
Request: Admin must be able to see everything on the grid, while user won´t see this level of detail.
admins are working almost 95% on the booking grid / advanced booking grid. They reported a data privacy issue, because we had enabled for the booking grid host name, host email und the titel of the meeting. The problem is, if I´m turning this off, also the Admin will not see something. And sorry, clicking on each meeting is not smart especially in 2026. So we must need a grid view / advanced grid view for admins, where they still can…

EDIT functionality for "Team days"
Currently, there is no way to add or remove colleagues from a Team Day without canceling the entire event. On high-traffic days, this is risky as we often lose the desks to others before we can re-book.
Please add an "Edit" function for Team Days to allow attendee such changes without losing the existing area reservation. TYIA5 votes -

Add the ability to customise the Add Services auto-generated email when booking a room via the Outlook add-on.

Edit bookings older than 30 days - required for monthly reports
Currently you can only edit a booking within the last 30 days, Running reports at the beginning of the month for the previous month then doesn't have the data required on all bookings, this needs to be extended to a minimum of 45 days.

Automatically Update Work Status to 'Remote' When Personal Space Booking is Canceled
It would be highly beneficial if the Condeco software could be adjusted so that when a user cancels a booking for a personal space, their work status is automatically updated to 'Remote' by default.
Currently, the work status remains set to 'On-site', which often leads to confusion and inaccuracies in attendance records. By implementing this change, we can ensure that the attendance data remains accurate and reflective of the user's actual status.

Push notifications, when booked the next day

It would be great to receive a push notification the day before you've booked (e.g. 1 p.m. local time) to release the booking, when not needed anymore.

Ability to reassign a parking bay / desk
A big ask from users is the ability for them to assign their bays to someone else rather than following a release step then having someone else booking it since they’ve found that when releasing the bay gets snatched up immediately by someone else rather than the person, they were wanting to assign it to.

Display allergens in the printer-friendly version of the vendor report
In order to check allergens while consulting the printer-friendly version of the vendors report, chefs need to click back on the dropdown box, select allergens and link them to the right meeting, which is tedious and leaves them open to potential mistakes. Could you please add the Allergen/Intolerance/Preference information to the report so everything is captured all at once?

Outlook Integration - Add more options for admins e.g. Turn off feature, Unticked by default
For the new Outlook Integration we noticed in our environment that the feature can cause issues with our MTR rooms. People forgetting to untick the Outlook option when booking on behalf of.

Automatically sync bookings made in Exchange Resource Mailbox back into Condeco
We use Teams MTR devices and users have the ability to "quick book" a room using the panel outside of the room, which automatically blocks out the time in the Exchange Resource Mailbox. We would ideally have these meetings automatically sync'd into Condeco to update the room availability.

Ability for managers to view their team/department's in office schedule
It would be really helpful for managers to see their team/department's in office schedule, this will give them a good indication of their team's attendance in the office instead of having to pull reports for each department or providing admin access to managers and having to give them training on how to pull the reports. This will be especially useful in offices where there is a mandatory return to the office and employees are required to attend a set amount of days.
