  2. The problem is that when you change an instance of a recurring booking they still kind of linked to the original series.

    A recurring booking that has been edited by the instant booking should completely be removed from the series and act like any other booking that has not been created in a series once edited by this instance.

    The individual change should sit in the "My bookings" completely separate (not in the series part of my bookings like it does at the moment )

  4. It would be good to have a connection between the Welcome Screen at the FrontDesk and Condeco to show the guests who is coming this day.
    Also information about the (place, time, date,..) can be shown there.

  5. Some of the date picker example inconsistency.

    On Find Bookings, when changing the From Date to a different date, the To date does to not update to be the same as the From Date.

    However on the Find a Visitor under visitor management, when you change the From Date to a particular value, the To date updates to be the same.

    Get the control consistency the same across the application. The same goes with the date picker style (some date pickers have the day of the week starting on a Sunday, while others have it starting on a Monday). It…

  6. Users should have the option to hide the bookings they have booked on behalf of others, and only view the Desks booked for them, and Rooms where they are the Host or Requestor, Currently, the Home/Today screens for users who frequently book on behalf of others (Assistants / Receptionists) are crowded and difficult to separate personal bookings and bookings for others.

  8. The Number of guests per booking is limited to seat capacity – However we are able to add extra chairs to a booking therefore capacity increases – We are now unable to increase endless number of visitors as this will only reflect the number of guests in the booking – Global admin are allowed to manually input any number of visitors to a booking – Due to the way in which we operate we need ALL local admin and global admin to be able to manually enter visitor numbers .

  11. Currently you can only edit a booking within the last 30 days, Running reports at the beginning of the month for the previous month then doesn't have the data required on all bookings, this needs to be extended to a minimum of 45 days.

  12. The catering cut-off time should be limited to Monday-to-Friday business days only. The current 7-day cut-off is impractical for the business and is creating challenges for reporting and delivering efficient service.

  13. In regards to "https://condeco.uservoice.com/forums/912481-desk-booking/suggestions/42937590-desk-booking-reminder-email-day-before" and "https://condeco.uservoice.com/forums/912475-mobile/suggestions/40788760-support-for-mobile-app-push-notifications".

    It would be great to receive a push notification the day before you've booked (e.g. 1 p.m. local time) to release the booking, when not needed anymore.
    This would be for "late" bookers, to still get a place.

  14. A big ask from users is the ability for them to assign their bays to someone else rather than following a release step then having someone else booking it since they’ve found that when releasing the bay gets snatched up immediately by someone else rather than the person, they were wanting to assign it to.

  15. We use Teams MTR devices and users have the ability to "quick book" a room using the panel outside of the room, which automatically blocks out the time in the Exchange Resource Mailbox. We would ideally have these meetings automatically sync'd into Condeco to update the room availability.

  16. Lockers are not workspaces: We have two types of personal spaces. Desks and Lockers. Lockers are not configured (check marked under Workspace Types) as a Workspace. However, if a person is assigned a locker AND is working remotely, they are shown as being in the location of their locker on their today page. Additionally, when using the Your Team feature to find team members, it shows people with assigned lockers as being at their location even when they are working remotely.   19. Make it easier for users to view their past attendance over the past week, month, year by adding this to the top of the in office schedule view. At the moment users have to manually count the number of days they've attended the office and can't view the information at a glance. Also the in office schedule only shows the past 3 months data, can this be extended to show 12 months attendance.
