Please take away this option: "allow colleagues to see own status and personal workspace locations". Too many staff are showing anonymous.
Please take away this option for staff to make themselves anonymous (or make it only accessible by admins): "allow colleagues to see own status and personal workspace locations". Too many staff are showing as anonymous and there is no way to disable this for everyone without going through our 2800 users profiles individually. There is nothing to stop them from turning it back on.

Search function in meta admin cost code
Search function in Cost Codes. Rather than scanning page by page manually, introduce the ability to SEARCH for a cost code to see if it's in the system already or needs to be added.

Allow admins to change the wording of task status in the vendor portal
Allow us to change the task status InProgress, Delivered and Collected to more relevant terms. This allow our reception team (who are also catering) to quickly understand the status of specific rooms from whichever portal they are in as Condeco does not allow the Vendor Portal and the normal page to be signed into at the same time

Ability to see all registered RFID's of a user
Ability to see all registered RFID's of a user, this will enable us to see if there is more than one in any user profile. At the moment you can only de-register cards but you cannot see what the number is or if the user has more than one.

Make holidays visible to users who are booking a room
Provide a way to publish or show holidays on the booking grid to reminder users of upcoming holidays to avoid booking an event on a holiday? We do not want to prevent the booking but just remind the user of the possible conflict. An administrator should be able to add the desired holidays so it could include federal holidays, local holidays, religious holidays, etc.

Add an option to join the waitlist for all rooms of a suitable size for a given time slot if none are currently available.

Include quarters in Time Period filters
From business perspective, it makes sense to include quarters (e.g., Q1 for January to March, Q2 for April to June etc) in the filter list because business evaluations often happen in quarters.
Currently, a quarterly report can only be conducted by manually adjusting the "Specific" Time Period filter accordingly, e.g. to "2024/01/01 - 2024/03/31" to report data from Q1, then again for Q2 and so on. This is tedious from user perspective.

Ability to see Fire Marshalls & First Aiders at other locations in the search - not just home location. Some of our sites have multiple buildings/locations and we need to be able to search for first aiders across all buildings, not just our default location. Also, can we please have the ability to rename "Fire Marshall" to "fire or emergency warden"

Meeting room requirement reminders
I would like to suggest adding a setting in Condeco that sends automated reminders to individuals responsible for adding equipment, changing rooms, etc. or something similar.
This feature would function similarly to the "bump" emails sent for desk check-ins, helping those responsible for room setups by notifying them of bookings, rather than requiring constant manual checks of meeting spaces.

Meeting attendee check-in confirmation of attendance
When a meeting is booked that has attendees assigned to it some method that allows the attendees to check-in to confirm they attended. Storing this data so that it can be checked that a person arrived and attended a specific meeting. Check-in could be on mobile app or screen for example.

Regional Admins creation to coordinate multiple countries to Map Exchange resources, etc.
Country Admins not able to use some features like manage their location, GPS coordinates, map exchange resources, etc.
Regional Admins could do that with no need to set them as Global Admin.

Support Czech Language
We have enabled Condeco already in 12 countries and more are coming. Especially in countries where you have a Workers Council in place it is mandatory to support the local language. There we are requesting in a first step to support Czech Language, starting by the Webinterface and then also all of the other platforms. It is currently only tolerated by the Workers Council to rollout Condeco without the support of their Czech Language, expectation is, that this will be support in the near future.

Automatically unassign people when we delete them from the user base
We have connected our user base through IAM and SSO.
We automatically remove users that don't belong to the company anymore.
But people, who have left the company keep an assigned desk which makes no sense for me. Is it possible to automatically unassign a desk when someone is removed from the user database?2 votes -

Request for Enhanced Filtering Options in Condeco
Hello, I am writing to suggest an enhancement to the filtering options within Condeco. Specifically, it would be highly beneficial to have a filter that allows users to distinguish between active and non-active items, not only for Catering Services but for all items within the platform.
