  1. As part of the single sign-on dialogue the first name, last name and email of the user is sent to Condeco. Currently Condeco does not use the information to populate a new user's profile. Auto-populating the profile would improve data integrity by reducing the chance that the user mistakenly or purposely enters the wrong data.

We currently have a large number of 'Hot desks' on our system which are generally used when desks are not available directly in your department, however, we've noticed more and more people starting to book the 'hot desk' spaces which is not what we intended. I could mark the desks as 'Closed' but feel that may cause confusion among staff when looking at available desks, so I think it would be really helpful to have a feature where we could keep the desks open & visible on the system but mark them as not bookable so it's clear they are…

  3. For it to be possible to manually enter the date in the 'Meeting Start' or 'Meeting End' date on the 'Find a Visitor' rather than clicking along the calendar each time which is extremely time consuming

As more and more locations begin to use Condeco to reserve space in the office, we're finding more people not based in a particular office wanting to make reservations in not their "home" office, taking away space from the people based in those locations. Currently the only option is to restrict access based on default booking Group. As we have several booking Groups in our location, it's become an issue when a person based here has to book something outside of their default group (due to lack of availability in their default group) - they're now subject to the same…

  8. If a meeting or catering request was deleted after the cancellation cut off window the items were still displayed on the recharge reports.

    Now if a User deletes catering or the whole meeting after the cancellation cut off the recharge is also removed from the reports.

    Due to this we could have a delivery of 200 sandwich lunches and no-one to pay for them.

The ability to create user groups instead of resource groups to allow restrictions to groups of users like (contractors or contingent workers) that differ from the permissions in the resource group settings. This would be very useful to restrict the number of desk bookings or days on which they can book desk in the office. For instance if you wanted to restrict them to only book desks on Mondays/Friday or a certain number of days.   10. The default file type of Excel report export files should be changed to .xlsx because the .xls file type will no longer be fully supported under Windows 11 as Microsoft itself considers .xls files as "not secure".

  11. Rules such as:

    If a booking is under 1 hour, dont include clean down time
    if a booking is over X hours, include clean down time

    similar options for Setup Time

    currently we only have a default time for each which auto applies when making bookings.

  12. A Separate Day before Reminder email generated from the system with control from the email templates to create an informative message to ask a colleague are you still attending site, if not cancel your booking by clicking here.

    ICS is fine but is easy to Dismiss and an Email would mean the colleague would need to deal with it one way or another more so than just "Dismiss"

  13. Currently unable to prevent double bookings if users are booking meeting spaces both via Condeco web application and Outlook calendar. Admins require access to both so unable to switch off functionality to view only on web portal.

  14. We'd like to have the option to share the meeting room booking grid with end Users but with meetings booked by others showing as a grey block with no booking details in them. The reason for this anonymisation of bookings is to stop users contacting and pressurising bookers to give up their meeting spaces, which can happen in large organisations. Admins should be able to see the full grid, with booking details

  15. On book for a Teams Day, if a colleague is invited to multiple desks on the same day (for example: Friendship group, Team Group, Leadership and Event) When the colleague accepts one booking it should then decline the others.

    There appears to be no link-up or the system to realise that the use now has a desk that day and will not need to have 3 others.

  19. We aim to simplify the process of booking linked rooms for users. Suppose we have two rooms, lon 8 and lon 9, which can also function as a single room. Currently, users must view the grid and then enter one of the rooms to link them. We want to automate this process.
