  1. Our organization has deployed Engage desk and room screens, and more recently QR codes, across our offices worldwide. To further streamline the end-user experience when visiting an Engage-enabled office, we are requesting the implementation of a Digital Signage Display.

    This display would consist of a medium- to large-format high-definition television connected to the Engage ecosystem, providing a real-time view of the office floor plan. Employees and guests could then easily identify available personal and meeting spaces.

    Our organization intends to place these displays near the main entryway of each office to maximize visibility and convenience.

  2. It would be useful if users could create an alert whereby when a member of staff cancels a desk, employees who have activated a cancellation alert can book that desk on a first come first served basis.

    It is not an uncommon theme for some teams to meet their 2 day PW office days but are are sat on opposite sides of the room or different floors. In some cases, staff select different days than their team to meet the obligation, disrupting productivity.

  3. We are currently using Resource Status report from Condeco application. We would like to consume DDC tables to recreate the report and capture data everyday. Please add "Attribute names " column.

  4. Can we have check-in time record for fixed desk users too? We would like to have a timestamped record that they actually came into the office. Flexi option will bump the desk, so we prefer not to use that feature for fixed-desk users since they may arrive later than the scheduled check-in time.

  5. requirement is to integrate a new service type, "Confetti Cleanup", into the Condeco application.

    Currently, the system supports the following four service types:

    AV Services
    Equipment
    Supplies
    Catering

    As this is everyday task of the team which is been done manually currently. Would of great if this field can be added.

  6. If room capacity is known (i.e. Exchange supports this attribute of a room mailbox) then add a feature to optionally show room capacity on screens. A small icon with capacity overlaid would suffice and not take up too much space on the screen.

    This suggestion was created in 2022 on the old UserVoice platform and had already 22 votes.

  7. Allow Team booking for Hourly Personal Spaces. Currently this feature is only available for all day personal space bookings. We like the functionality of hourly booking and have migrated our spaces to this but do not have the Team booking functionality.

  8. Our web application is set to only have meetings of 30 min increments - however on the room screens, the option for 15 min meeting increments show up - we have been told that there is no way to remove the 15 min button from the screens - this is confusing for the user experience because when 15 mins is shown on the screen, the screen only books 30 min increments. Please allow us to delete the 15 min option from the room screens!!!!

  9. We have the "copy to outlook" button permanently checked - can we please have the option to have the "Also delete outlook calendar event" permanently checked as well?

    Also, admins should have the option to delete the outlook calendar events. Only the person who booked the meeting has the check box option. This is causing a lot of issues with bookings currently at our firm.

  10. Currently, only Global Admins can create and amend Concierge tiles, which limits flexibility and slows down communication. Allowing Group Admins to manage these tiles via ‘Additional Administrative Access’ would enable roles such as Communication Officers and Property Managers to create Announcements and Events directly, without needing to raise requests with Global Admins. This change would streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

  11. I would like to formally request the implementation of email notifications for booking creation, Modification and deletion events performed via the Engage Outlook Add-in. This functionality is currently available and working as expected within the Enterprise platform for managing meetings. However, it is not presently supported in the Outlook Add-in due to the existing system design. Aligning the Outlook Add-in with Enterprise in this regard would enhance consistency and improve user experience.

  13. In the "Desk allocated people" report, we would like to know who has booked a team's day and to whom the desks have been assigned.
    In the "DeskBump" report, we would like to know who has booked a team's day, to whom the desks have been assigned and the users who did not the check in.

  14. Release of Hourly Workstations- currently they are released by a fixed number of days out. Please consider to release by week (similar to the earlier workstations configuration), wherein it can be set up to release workstations on a fixed day for 2 weeks ahead.

    Less change for behaviour required by the colleagues for this; and yet be able to benefit from hourly bookings.

  15. Please note that catering service costs cannot be individually hidden at this time due to current system design. All catering details—including itemized costs and totals—are included by default in the booking email.We kindly request that the ability to hide or customize catering costs in the email notifications be considered for future development, as this functionality would support more flexible and user-specific communication needs.

  16. Our groups represent different departments, therefore only Facilities staff can book desks assigned to the facilities group.

    We should be able to assign a resource to multiple groups, whereby allowing staff from 3 different departments access to book those desks.

    Is there a way of managing the access that I have misunderstood?

  17. When a user searches for a specific date or date range via the floor plan map within personal spaces, the date selected does not show up on the page when viewing the floor plan map. It would be helpful to see the date listed in this view.

  20. Companies have shifted from using employee IDs for identity and user management in systems to using email IDs. This causes challenges with integrated reporting, as name changes can lead to email ID changes, thus losing the ability to track history in operational reports. Additionally, textual data linking can face challenges in the case of special characters. Adding employee ID to the SCIM integration as an optional attribute will ease integrated reporting.
