  1. It is quite clunky and manual to place desks on the floor plans once they are uploaded. Each Group needs to have the floorplan uploaded again, it does not take the one that has been uploaded for the floor originally. Can improvements be made to Floorplan admin side so this doesn't need to be done twice?

    Admins would also like the ability to move multiple desks at once instead of plotting one desk at a time.

  2. Add a new button for "Report an Issue" to the my.condeco.cloud site. You have buttons for knowledge base, Manuals, User Voice, etc… but not for “Report an Issue.” This should be a mandatory button on the front page.

  4. Today, sync notifications send by the Enterprsise Sync service account are send only in english.
    It must be translatable in all supported Condeco languages.

  5. I believe it would be handy when a user initially logs into condeco web portal, the today screen\quick desk search which shows current bookings, that they can perform a quick search to make a booking but have the ability to see the floor maps and not just a list of resources from the selected group

  6. This would be useful to store personal details about a user i.e. a user is diabetic and when creating the meeting an admin can see their requirements. You can create a visitor and attach notes to that profile which can get imported into the booking.

  7. Once this functionality got disabled, it started affecting our service. Normally, we create hundreds of accounts which now consumes a lot of time, and all details must be triple checked in order to not make mistakes. If it got enabled, it would improve our productivity.

  8. In user profile will be graceful have a flag to enable/disable mail notification about booking events, so that each user can choose what event will be notified in his/her mailbox.

  9. We use RFID cards for multiple systems - door security, badging to get our print outs at printers, etc. They all pull the badge information from AD or from the door security database. App makes us register every card again which is very annoying

    I would like the badges to auto enroll and sync from an AD attribute instead of having to be manually enrolled each time.

  12. Currently in email confirmations for recurring bookings it only displays the original Booking ID but does include all recurring dates.

    As each booking has its own Booking ID it would be nice to include it next to each date of the recurring date.

  13. The auto-bump feature is great for individual no-shows. Can you extend that function that if the booking is part of a series and x sequential meetings are bumped, the entire series is removed.

    Use case: User books recurring meeting for a couple of months. User is then terminated or leaves, but nobody else is associated with the bookings. This can now only be deleted by an admin on request. If the meeting is no longer valid and say 3 in a row are missed, cancel the remainder of the series.

  14. Provide the admin the ability to run a report on demand. This report would show the users booking on behalf of someone else. Include the booking creator user name, booked for user name, booking date and time, and location of user being booked for.

  17. When in resource editor (specifically meeting rooms, but I would assume others as well), when you select a location then edit a resource, it remembers the selected location. If you select a location and a floor, it forgets the floor every time you edit a resource. Please have it remember the floor selection as well.

  18. Currently, if a vended item is not available or if the request from the user cannot be met, the vendor must contact the user directly to cancel the item.

    Vendors should be able to reject a catering request and provide direct feedback (through an email) to the user as to why it was rejected.

  19. A desk booking reminder email the day before the booking would be great, the option you brought out is not good enough, we don't want anything to be sent to calendars, we just want an email to go to the user who booked the desk the day before around 3pm so they can see if they still need the desk and if not free this up for others to book. 10am on the desk of the booking makes no sense as everyone will already be in the office therefore after this seat is free it is not seat in.

  20. Today is only possible to override the user permissions for all groups at the same time (on the Preferred Attributes tab). Sometimes an Admin is requested to add extra slots for one user in an specific group and it is not possible
