  1. In the web portal - From a floor plan view, be able to see a list of everyone who has space reserved for the day. This alleviates hovering over every bullet to see who is present. If the name can be clicked than be highlighted on the map, that would help connect the person to the specific seat. In the mobile - be able to look up a name and see them highlighted on the floor plan for the mobile app.

  2. Condeco allows the user to update their status 1 day at a time.

    It would be helpful if the user could select mutliple days to update.

  3. The ability to make multiple closures needs to be implemented so that public holidays etc can be closed in advance and maintenance etc can all be scheduled in without having to erase current closures.

  4. Today, via the Power BI API we are able to see only the Fact Table. It's extremly important to be able to undestand the real usage of all created users and all creates resources via Power BI API.
    Beeing able to see those informations will help managers to:
    - Understand if the Change Management strategy was sucessfull by seeing the rate of created users vs. users really using Condeco's solution;
    - Undestand the real usage of all workspaces and undestand if it's important to reimagine the workplace.

  6. Further API interfaces are desired:
    Create - VendorUpdateVendorItemV1 (I need a way to manipulate individual orders.) At least if we want to create a user interface that goes beyond the Condeco Vendor surface.
    Create - BookingsGetMeetingV1 (For the billing, I need a way to read the attendee's name from a meeting. Either VendorGetVendorItem1V1 is adjusted or I just need a new API call with which I can call up the meetings in detail)

  7. For example, report all height adjustable desks, or all meeting rooms with video conferencing.
    Currently there is a need to maintain this information separately even though it is configured in the Condeco system.

  8. It is quite clunky and manual to place desks on the floor plans once they are uploaded. Each Group needs to have the floorplan uploaded again, it does not take the one that has been uploaded for the floor originally. Can improvements be made to Floorplan admin side so this doesn't need to be done twice?

    Admins would also like the ability to move multiple desks at once instead of plotting one desk at a time.

  11. Add a new button for "Report an Issue" to the my.condeco.cloud site. You have buttons for knowledge base, Manuals, User Voice, etc… but not for “Report an Issue.” This should be a mandatory button on the front page.

  12. Please add additional data to Azure Table Storage to enable report creation via Power BI in addition to the currently available 'booking' data.

    Examples of additional fields required:

    User details table including 'Department'
    Desks (all available desks in system)
    check in source

  13. This would be useful to store personal details about a user i.e. a user is diabetic and when creating the meeting an admin can see their requirements. You can create a visitor and attach notes to that profile which can get imported into the booking.

  15. Could the drop downs available for Purpose of Visit and Pass Type be adaptable, so each business can add in their own categories.

    Currently

    Pass Type only offers Contractor and External Visitor
    
    Purpose of Visit only offers Internal Visitor and External Visitor
    

    Both fields are very limited and do not allow us to drill down on the types of visitors we have through the door or which types of passes are being requested most often.

  17. We like to respond to all requests with-in 30 minutes.
    It would be good if we could set an alert to advise admins there are requests which have been in queue for over 30 mins etc.

  18. I'm sure this isn't a radical idea, but having the ability to cancel a meeting and then re-book a new one!!

    I've been told that by design this doesn't work for meeting series. It also only sometimes works for single instances.

    This is needed as there are many faults when looking for alternative rooms. It also doesn't provide many options and/or functionality when moving from existing rooms.

    Therefore, as an idea, please create an feature to be able to utilise the feature of cancelling bookings and then re-booking from scratch for all different meeting instances.

  19. Would be nice if there´s a mobile app (iOS & Android) which is especially made for vendors workflow management, basically just the vendor dashboard as a mobile app.

    This would speed up the process of the booking workflow.
