  1. Condeco release notes:
    "We've added a new option to the meeting reminder on the booking form. You'll now be able to select 'just before meeting start' to get a reminder about 5 minutes before your meeting starts."

    This is a good idea however it would make more sense if the wording was "5 minutes before meeting start".
    Our End Users like everything very clear and concise.

  2. Being able to book a meeting room to conduct a meeting and have the ability to link to this main booking some other bookings.
    The idea is to have a master booking and child bookings but not necessarely at the same hour.

  3. All the Internal attendees should received email upon the arrival of external visitor.

    And, the current issue is that when receptions are moving rooms reservation, only the host and meeting requestor are receiving meeting updates.

    When a room is moved by the reception, all attendees should receive an Outlook appointment update in their calendar so they have the details about the new room reservations when opening their Outlook invitation.

  4. When making a booking in Outlook, when you enter the details into the Condeco section and add services it automatically adds a set up time. Can the system notify the user if the meeting is clashing with another due to the set up time required? At the moment you enter in all the details and when you click "Book" or "Request Now" - only then will it say that the room is unavailable. Users have to cancel or delete all their work and create another booking which again hopefully will not then clash with another meeting.

  5. Linked rooms should have their own room attributes associated to the linked rooms, i.e. VCU. Would like the ability to attach photograph to the linked rooms as well.

  6. Not able to view the booking when you look at the room bookings under 'Your Bookings' in web portal, the only option to edit or delete. Is it possible to add a view button?

  7. I would like the ability to download an Outlook Calendar item (i.e. an ICS file) from the booking form so that it will be easy to get the booking details into our Outlook calendar.

    There is an ICS attachment feature but it is only available to the host, requestor and attendees.

    If a receptionist wants to add the booking onto Outlook they have to create new meetings in their calendar.

  9. There should be a option to enable the 'untick' button to sync to calendar for all users not just administrators. Staff are forgetting to untick this option, and we have had several issues with bookings being accidentally cancelled. In a most recent staff survey, we had over 150 requests to have this functionality removed.

  10. I have many buildings for different companies and so different admins. But I have no way to set "region" admin.
    Country and building are not enough : I need an intermediate level for cities or companies or regions for example.

  14. Add the ability to customise the Add Services auto-generated email when booking a room via the Outlook add-on.

    Also, enable booking confirmation emails to be sent when booking via the Outlook Add-on

  15. At the moment, when booking a space directly on the booking grid, associated service items are not added unless the booking form is opened at least once.

    The booking should behave in the same way whether or not you book on the grid or open the booking form.

  18. Can the booking form autopopulate with info the user has previously inputted like email, 2nd contact phone number and cost code. This will make it quicker to place bookings as for most teams it will always be the same info.

  19. I want to be on the waiting list for ANY room for 14 or more people with a video conferencing facility. Instead, in order yo give myself some hope of getting a room, I have to be on every waiting list and fill out a separate form for each room. (2 done, 13 to go, so far). Surely this is madness.

  20. We would like to request that the creator of a booking also receives a meetig reminder email. Currently, only the host and the requestor are receiving reminder email, but the person who creates the booking does not receive one.
