  1. The Condeco Outlook Add-In for MAC OS with new UI does not work with the Condeco Exchange Sync service. This is a critical service for our MAC users. Can we get this on the road map?

  4. For various reasons some customers prefer the hardware from Crestron. It would be great to run the Condeco meetin room App on their TSS scheduling panels. Since Condeco is 95% about software, the added flexibility will for sure outweigh the loss of hardware business for some customers dont wanting the condeco hardware.

  6. Currently, the 'Field Selection' fields when editing or creating reports are displayed in no apparent order. From user experience perspective, it would make more sense to sort them alphabetically by default so the required fields are easier to find.

  7. How about we make it easy to book both a car parking space and a desk, as opposed to one or the other? Trying to book a desk but being told you already have a booked (to park the car) isn't helpful...

  9. At the moment if a desk is bumped because it hasn't been checked into or used the desk automatically goes to 'Awaiting Cleaning' status. It would be useful for bumped desks that haven't been used to go back into general circulation for booking rather than to 'Awaiting cleaning' as the desk will have been cleaned the previous evening so wouldn't need cleaned again.

  11. Option to add an image for specific set of equipment or per table that is shown when hovering over the resource on the floorplan (where is now shown table name, date, availability and equipment)

    variant A) add picture per table
    variant B) add picture for equipment combination, example
    a picture for dual monitor with webcam
    a picture for single monitor with webcam
    a picture for dual monitor without webcam
    a picture for single monitor without webcam
    and according to equipment assigned to the resource the sample image will be shown.

  12. When searching for a personal space (desk) for a number of days, rather than saying "none available" if there is desk availability on some of the days, say that instead of none for all days.
    Staff are becoming confused when trying to book 3 days in a week and having to keep changing the search for 1 day at a time.

  13. A view for reception teams to see who in in the office today, across groups. Reception teams tend not to have administrator access so do not have access to reports.

    Original idea:

    It is wished by many in our office (especially the receptionists, because their task is to have the overview) that you can get a complete overview of alle booked personal spaces of all locations, groups and floors in the booking grid.   15. The placement of dots on a floor plan is really tricky. Having something placed on a pixel-by-pixel basis with no snap-to-grid or other overlay makes it really time consuming to add lots of desks and get them nicely aligned. Please can you have some sort of snap-to-grid option so that placing desk icons can be quick and accurate without needing photoshop precision skills using a mouse and zoom of the browser

  16. Would be great if the system had the ability to book a desk on someone's behalf in the event they can't access the system or someone doesn't have a GI account but is planning on visiting Shell House and requires a desk.

  18. We assign fixed desks to workspaces such as offices that should only be used by one person while allowing others to find their location and status in the system. Currently fixed desks are being released to be reserved by others when the assigned user changes their status from “In the Office” to “Working Remotely”. As we believe that this should be a functionality of a Flexi-Desk, I would like to request the trigger be removed so that when a fixed desk user changes their status from “In the Office” to “Working Remotely that their desk is not be made available…

  20. The Admin level for managing vendors is currently set to Global Admin, this is far too high and requires more people to have global access than necessary. . Can this level be reduced to Location Admin.
