Visitor report by Filter
We have 2 reception teams that deal with different visitors to different floors. They have to provide a visitor report but currently the report can't be filtered between the two floors and groups. Condeco Support say that the report filters stop at the location which is rather annoying as we need a more granular report as visitors are being sent to the wrong floor.

Send email alert to Freshfields hospitality inbox when attendees are added in Condeco, so reception can register them to the building security system.

Mobile App should display
The Mobile App should display your visitors in the bookings page so you know which day and who your guest are arriving. It would also be great if you were then able to edit or delete those visitors without having to go onto the laptop.

Highlight when bookings do not have external names
When looking at expected visitors for the following day, if a booking is marked as an external meeting 'type' then it should highlight that there are no external visitor names listed.

Disable setting for a single location so that personal spaces cannot be booked for external users
It is currently not possible to set that no bookings for “external visitors” are allowed at a location/area. So that only internal colleagues can book, e.g. for themselves or for an internal colleague, but not for external visitors.
Yes, there is a setting under Advanced settings>Global settings
Under the “Personal space” tab, there is a setting “Allow personal spaces to be booked for external users” where you need to disable the checkbox.However, if this setting is disabled, it will be disabled globally for all locations. We would need the option to disable this setting for a single location.

Visitor API call to return visitors for a specific user
We are using a Viva Connections UI to access Condeco via the API. With a user's Condeco ID, it is not possible to pull the visitors for that user. From a UX perspective, it would be better for this information to be immediately available to see (at least for say, the next 5 visitors), rather than have to select to view them by date.

It would be great if you can view the Visitors list by first name/ last name as a default setting.

See who booked what desks in the next a few days/ weeks in the mobile app
It would be very useful if in the mobile app it was possible to see all desks that are booked not only for today, but for the next weeks/days and by whom as a list.

Check connection to wall-mounts
Just a quick note ....I booked room 38026 today, (2/25), for 12-1p, and received an email confirmation. but upon arriving at the room the schedule panel still showed 'Available' and those occupying wouldn't leave. So there may be some kind of lag and/or service interruption between the reservation system and the wall-mounted schedulers outside the rooms.

For example, if there are noisy building works you could make people aware of that at the time of booking so they can make a judgement call on whether to book in or not.

Option to active/inactive catering groups/Subgroups in bulk
Currently Condeco is not providing an option to Active/inactive catering items in bulk and rather catering admins have to click on "Active" check box for each item one by one.
We have a requirement where catering Admins should get an option to bulk active/inactive catering items which would save them with lot of time and make application more user friendly.1 vote -
Floorplan data tab should hide when tapped
On the app, when a floorplan is displayed and a desk is selected, a data tab pops up with information about that desk. However you now can't get rid of the popup tab, which obscures view of the full floorplan. Suggest that when a user taps again on the data tab it disappears showing the whole floor plan.

Add "Fire Warden" and "Security Trust Person" to the system
As there is a difference of duty in "Fire Marshal" and "Fire Warden", we'd like to know, if there is any change to add/change "Fire Warden" to the system?
Furthermore, we have also some trained "Security Trust Person" in our office and we'd like to know, if there is any chance to implement this?1 vote -

Add functionality of specifying date to the “User Roles by Day” report
Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to set the time period yourself or to click on several roles. If possible, please change this in the future so that you can also look into the past if necessary.
