Support a service account ownership model that supports room as organizer bookings
When a new booking is created in a scenario with an active Exchange integration and mailbox mapping for a room, Engage does currently not provide the option for Cisco Room Navigator devices to properly handle the check-in from the Cisco panels (via Exchange mailbox). Bookings that are not synchronized to ones personal calendar (add to my calendar checkbox) will result in a room as the only attendee for a meeting, where the check-in trigger via Exchange fails due to missing organizer of the meeting. My team attendance overview
Some colleagues suggested they are not interested in seeing who is in the "My Team Overview" who have only booked a room, not a desk. Because many meetings take place remotely and this does not mean necessarily that the host who booked the room is attending themselves. A Filter for personal spaces or meetings spaces would help in this case.

Allow Visitor (Proxyclick) to find a visitor profile without an e-mail address
Currently if you add a visitor to a meeting in Engage and do not specify an e-mail address, a duplicate profile is created in Visitor (Proxyclick). We will end up with hundreds of versions of the same visitor this way.
Example here of choosing a visitor, and then their profile duplicating.

Assign two employees to the same office.
Have the ability to assign two leaders to the same office so they both show on the floor plan. Also, the ability to assign 4 maintenance teach to the one maintenance office. This will help provide true numbers of assigned onsite employees and visibility on the floor plan.

Order Printing
Our client prints all orders for kitchen operations (hygiene compliance requirements) and cannot determine which orders need reprinting, which will severely disrupt their operations

Emails for User and Vendor - What was changed is not visible
f you ordering a larger catering and some items are increased, decreased or even cancelled it´s not visible to them what was changed. Which leads to a big manual effort as they always have to check the original ordering against the update.
Request: Update the catering table with the changes and highlight them with a colour.

On managed meeting rooms, include the meeting status on the view visible to approvers. This detail is crucial in prioritizing the requests received and would be a highly useful field to view in this location.

Weekly reminder email for next week's meeting and desk bookings with ability to cancel
We want to have a weekly reminder email sent to users with their bookings for the next week and deep links that will allow them to cancel any of the bookings that they no longer need. This should contain both personal space and meeting space bookings in one email.

Ability to search service items by typing the first letters in the booking field.
As we have so many service items, it would be better if we could search an item to be added to a booking by typing the first letters of the item instead of scrolling down a very long list to find the item. The same as we have for names of host, requestor or any internal staff.

Make it easier for admins to delete users with an overview of all users that are currently "blocked" and enable them with a 1-click to delete or mass deletion.

Stop emails from cutting off service item notes
Email confirmation
Email confirmation cut off notes that have been added to service items, this then becomes admin heavy once a client checks if all catering or AV requirements have been added. Conference team then need to double check the booking and go back to the client to confirm all requirements have been captured.
It would be useful if the booking confirmations could capture and send all information.

floor plan - view all workstations and offices booked and available
when looking at floor plan having option to see all instead of going back and forth to workstations and offices so if an office is not available I can just look and book a workstation without having to go back and select the workstation view to see what is available

Employee PEEPS
Ability to advise a staff member has a PEEP (Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan). This info should be shown only on a booking report and only visible to Admins.

Prevent on the Day Client Room Bookings being made by Users.
Allowing on the day bookings, creates a risk they are not seen in time by client teams. We would like to block all on the day requests being made on Eptura for the client spaces, so that anyone in need of on the day assistance contacts the booking team via phone or email.1 vote
