  3. There needs to be a much easier means to obtain QR codes internally in the codeco portal per line item (Desk) that can be printed. There are way too many steps and needing to export things to excel and convert and all. All this should be eliminated. There should be a link per each line (Desk) in Condeco that can easily generate the QR code directly and print or export the image to print.

  6. With Mobile App for Room booking solution there should be an enhancement in the UI where it should have another option for inviting meeting room or attendees via there email address.

  7. Unable to login to both web app and mobile app simultaneously? That' not not being able to access webmail or outlook desktop app and have outlook mobile app at the same time. Each time you login to one, it boots you out of the other?

  9. Currently vendors that are no longer active simply become 'inactive' which makes the lists grow very long over time. Since for a vendor to be deleted there is a charge incurred, it would be great for admins to be able to delete profiles as vendors come and go.

  11. At the moment we are having to give Vendors Location Administrator rights so they can update bookings.
    It would be good if there was a vendor level in the user permissions so that they are restricted to being only able to update facilities for which service group they belong (IE catering can only update catering items nothing else)

    We are also having to give Vendors location admin permissions for other locations as when a booking is connected they need this level of access so they can update their home location booking.
    The issue here is other locations do not want…

  13. Currently, the "Find bookings" functionality is only available for Admin profile, but this functionality can also help "normal users" to find a booking directly by the host name or id.

  15. When you have an event/meeting with a lot of visitors, you currently have to add them manually. This can be very annoying if you have an event with over 30 visitors.

    Only admin can upload a list of users and they cannot possibly do this for every user request so they ask us to do it manually.

    We need a better way to import them into a meeting instead of manually typing them in which is very time-consuming at the moment

  16. At the moment when we click on review floor plan we get a message saying there are currently no available Personal Spaces.

    Before the recent update, this message only appeared if no desks where available. Since the update, this message appears all the time even though we know there are desks available.

    When the floor plan is opened all available desk are showing grey & unavailable, before the update they would be showing green & available.

    We were told by Condeco if we cancel our desks they will then appear in green, as administrator this is not what we want…

    The Today page and Home page 'Floor plan' buttons will now display the floor plan with spaces that are 'Available' shown in green. If a user already has the workspace types available booked then they will see a 'Swap' button instead of a 'Book' button which allows them to quickly change to a new space. We are looking to bring this enhancement to the 'Find your team' page in the near future.

  17. A desk booking reminder email the day before the booking would be great, the option you brought out is not good enough, we don't want anything to be sent to calendars, we just want an email to go to the user who booked the desk the day before around 3pm so they can see if they still need the desk and if not free this up for others to book. 10am on the desk of the booking makes no sense as everyone will already be in the office therefore after this seat is free it is not seat in.

    Makes it much more easy to find the right time to meet each other and find a possible timeslot

  19. Allow admins to enable half day bookings for personal spaces at the Location or Group level. Currently it is only possible to allow half day bookings in the Global Setup which applies to all Locations and Groups.

  20. Have the date format changed to align with the language selection, so that if we select "English (US)" the date shows using the format used in the US, MM/DD/YYYY.
