  1. It would be good to be able to trigger an SLA based on the Room Category/Type.

    Use Case: if the WR is located in a lab (Room Type), I want a specific SLA to be used (one that notify the Lab Manager or require some approvals, for example).

  2. Is it possible to auto-select the “Early Morning (from 12:00am to 7:30am)” priority when the time requested falls under the 12:00am to 7:30am service window?

  3. Link CF calendar/availability to PM forecast. Currently when CF is in leave and a PM is forecast the SLA/Forecast does not look at the Calander to calculate due date. Put option in SLA to take into consideration the CF calendar eve n though the PM may be a fixed PM

  4. When there is an error in the document attached to a ticket that has been completed or replaced, the date of the replacement and the history of the comment cannot be viewed on the work order search screen.

    Is it possible to get a similar functionality like, Document Version Screen has the similar function (System --> Archibus Administrators Applicatoin Configuration --> Revisions by Document)

  5. I noticed that when I used the comments section to send an email from a work request, that there is no spellcheck feature to highlight words that are spelled incorrectly.

    As someone who does alot of communications in this manner, and doesnt have great spelling, this would be greatly appreciated.

  7. There are a number of very useful Quick Filters and adding one for Work Requested Today would be extremely helpful. Currently a user has to keep updating the filter with a date range becasue there is no option for "Today".

  8. When a user is configuring questions to be displayed in the checklist on the Onsite App. And when these questions are set, they are displayed the same in the questionnaire for both Preventive and Corrective Maintenance.

    We want a separate set of questions to be chosen/displayed for Corrective maintenance and Preventive Maintenance. As there is a question for the Root Cause of the problem which is only applicable in case of Corrective Maintenance and not required for Preventive Maintenance

  9. In the MAINTAINENCE CONSOLE --> WORK REQUEST SCREEN, While creating a Work Request there is a remove button(x) for Trades and Crafts person Assignment but there is no remove button (x) button for Work Logs.

    Can we add this feature / customisation in the newer versions of Archibus

  10. 'MAINTENANCE SURVEY REPORT Screen has only the Date to Perform and Date Completed but in Database, there's a field called Start Date /Input date and we want to display this date (additional column) in the web central Maintenance Survet Report screen

  11. On the Work Team Performance Report, having the ability to isolate a Work Team in the Report would be beneficial.

    This can be resolved by including the Work Team as a selectable field on the report.

  13. When you have PMs set up, things work fine and the PM WR location matches the EQ location.
    However, if you change the EQ location, it does not change the location on the matching PMS record.
    We would like to see the software cascade this EQ change to the matching PMS record(s).

  15. Add Time option in the response format type in a maintenance checklist
    Thie option is available on compliance survey... should be available on maintenance check list.

    1) A work request is submitted with a priority of 3.
    2) The work request is approved.
    3) Update the work request.
    a. Add a craftsperson to the request and add time to the request.
    b. Change priority from 3 to 5.
    c. Save the update. Popup about returning to beginning of workflow and click OK.
    4) The work request is approved again with the priority at a 5 still as needed.

  19. When using the 'Define PM Schedules' sometimes it is not possible to view all the Equipment-Procedure pairs, even after using the filters above. This means there are procedures the user can't schedule because they are never shown.

    Some way for the user to be able to access all registers matching the filter (for example, paginating the grid) would be useful.

  20. We would like to setup PMs to generate monthly, on the first day of each month. However, the only option is to schedule for the 1st Monday of each month, for example.

    The issue clients are running into is they want September PMs to generate in September and October PMs in October, etc. If the pick the first Monday (or any other day of the week), PMs scheduled for the 1st – 7th might be generated in the previous month. For example, for September, the first Monday was 9/4 and the first Monday of October will be 10/2. On September…
