Enhanced Scheduling of Craftsperson labour assignments date and time and geolocation
Background function – When PM are auto generated via Service Level Agreement, the Craftsperson assigned and work requested assigned dates are generated by a calculation from the Date to first do on the PMS table.
The Craftsperson assigned and work requested assigned Time is generated by the Service Window on the SLA and the time is defaulted to the earliest start time on the Service level agreement.Problem
When there are multiple PM activities that are always scheduled on the same day for the same Craftsperson (example 7 small jobs of 50 minutes) when the PM is generated the Work…2 votes -
Margin parameter for PM suppression
Introduce a margin parameter allowing to define the maximum number of days that can pass between two or more different PM Schedule Dates for the system to consider them as overlapped and apply the PM Procedure suppression mechanism.

Improve Determine Order Sequence form
Issue:
In Archibus there is form that allow to determine the Order Sequence of the SLA. This form is not very pragmatical because there is no way to pre-order the list by group ID. The easiest way to verify the order and update them is to extract information from the Smart client by exporting in Excel, manipulating the data and re-uploading.Proposal:
simply allow the current form to order SLA based on GroupId or any others fields a client might find useful, then allow to reorder the SLAs.7 votes -
Service Level Agreement Mandatory Field Selection
Problem:
When additional steps such as "Approve", "Estimate" or "Schedule" are added to a Service Level Agreement. you only need to click on the "Estimate" button to move to the next step and so on. This means you can simply move through the step with no addition of a "Trade" for example. The resulting WR will have no trade which has ongoing problems with the visibility of WR to users.Solution:
The SLA should have the additional functionality to make certain fields in that step Mandatory before you can finalise the step. You should be given the ability to click/select…2 votes -
Auto Close WR "CloseDaysAfterWrDateCompleted" parameter
There seems to be no fault tolerance in the function/process related to
"CloseDaysAfterWrDateCompleted"
If the process finds a record that has some form of data issue (it does happen) the process stops at that record and does not continue (on error continue). No other records are processed.
The process starts again the next night and stops again at the same record, so no archives are achieved. Effectively stopping the process15 votes -
Do not display certain Step Log Steps
Version 26.3 => maintenance console => Additional Documents and activity
Do not display Step Log Steps that are not relevant.
When a WR is are requested stage there are multiple people that are able to take action, such as issuing the WR. when the action is completed, all of the other "possible people" remain visible. This clutters up the users view of the actions taken on that WR. By removing these records for this you will see a more succinct view. In some cases we have 20 people on this list and we are only interested in the person who…

PM WR check lists - Allow check list to display and push certain data back to other tables in the databases.
PM WR check lists - Allow check list to display and push certain data back to other tables in the databases.
example
A location based PM - check an update condition index on multiple eq_id
Checklist question
1) inspect and update "eq.ed_id#1" "eq.decription#1" condition. Previous ci "eq#1.ci" type in new ci "checklist ci Field"
Repeat this for each piece of equipment that you wish to assess.
when WR Status is complete, update eq.ci from new checklist ci data.
other examples such as
1) check and record Residual current device trip time on DB1-RCD1, 2
2) check and record water meter…4 votes -
Preventive Maintenance work generation, group work requests for similar Procedure
Many users still print their PMs after they are generated.
When using the View Active PM Work Orders view, setting the appropriate filters and clicking the ‘Paginated Report’ button, work requests print in woid & wrid order.
The PM Work Request Generator iterates thru the creation of work requests based on the Date to Perform and no additional sort fields.I would like to see a way to add an additional "grouping" (not to be confused with the Grouping option that combines the selected grouping option on the Same work request)
I do still want separate work requests…3 votes -
Maintenance Checklist search capability, reporting, printing
The addition of Maintenance Checklists was great, but the ability to refer back to the history of completed checklists, print, or search for them in the Maintenance Console is very limited or non-existent.
1. The ability to search for work that "Has Checklist" from the Maintenance Console
2. The ability to save a completed checklist in PDF.
3. Enhance the existing Maintenance Survey Report to group, sort, export and allow printing
4. Once a work request is Complete and Closed there is no way of getting back to the Checklist - accessibility from Search and Manage to find work requests…11 votes -
Show requestor name along with ID in Maintenance Console
Many times Maintenance Console users (like supervisors, FMers, CFs, providers/contractors, ...) are not able to identify the requestors just by their Employee ID. So it would be very helpful that Maintenance Console shows also requestor name (i.e. first and last names from related EM record).

Multipe parts for specific step on procedure
I would suggest having the possibility to add multiple parts for a single step in a procedure in order to have an estimation more accurate (or actually useful, because we can't even use the feature as it's limiting to single part) per step.
I would definitely explore the use of Bill of Material (BOM) that could be useful for specific to pmp or specific to pms (because sometimes the procedure is the same, but based on the equipment, as example, filter sizes can differ).3 votes -
Adding List of Active Work Requests for Location to Work Requests
This would be similar to the Maintenance History section in work requests, which shows a history of all work requests placed for that piece of equipment. I would like to see this concept expanded to work requests that don't have equipment codes, where the maintenance history would show the work requests for the room code. This would help reduce the number of requests for the same scope of work.

Completed Checklist converted to PDF and sent as email attachment on request
In both mobile and desktop application, Once a checklist has been completed the ability to generate this checklist into a PDF and sent (email) it to a recipients (who may be not archibus users).
Scenario we are providing a service on an asset or location and the Work request has a Checklist involved. Once completed we need to supply documented evidence of the works completed and a copy of the service checks. The ability to immediately email this or email it later in PDF format give the ability to provide evidence of service. This is the same expectations we have…

Bring back a few action flags to Building Operations Console 2022.01
Since 2022.01 the overview at a glance is missing in the building ops console. Pre 2022.01 one could quickly see the scheduled or estimated work orders and the 'next actions' were marked with an asteriks.
The new console has a lot of enhancements, but that status overview is missing.
From ARCHIBUS Support I got the info that a modification is in the pipeline to get the an overview of the status by hovering instead of having to select an actual work request.Imho showing a few additional flags (asterisk, pending actions) would be very usefull in addition to that hovering…

Version 26.3 - Define Locations - screen - Make the same screen available in view only mode
The new Define locations screen has great Feature allowing the user to select additional field to display. The current view locations fields does not have the same look/feel /function.
The new define locations screen should have a read only version (just remove the update function).
this enable us to have consistent training and use of the functions across the organisation

escalation notification emails
Escalation Notifications - The current escalation process and notification process is a global yes /no. The problem is that this blanket approach sends too many emails to irrelevant people and for works that are no critical enough to Warrant this type of response.
Solution
Part 1 - possibly move the escalation flag to the SLA this would allow discrete processing to happen or have an opt out button on the SLA to negate the global parameter.
Part 2 - Add flag in SLA to opt into sending escalation notification emails that then looks at
1) add additional field to SLA…5 votes -
Changes to the DataGridSelectionBox
Our customer uses the GRID 3.0, which is used e.g. in ab-request-console.axvw. The customer can edit/select data in the GRID.
There are the following basic requirements, which should be changed from the customer's point of view in the core of the application (of the GRID 3.0):
(1) The column width of the fields in the DataGridSelectionBox should be changeable by the user.
(2) Key fields that are only required for the software functionality but do not contain any essential information for the user should not necessarily have to be displayed on the screen. Currently ID fields must be included in…

Simplify adding time to multiple WR at once
The user experience for adding time to multiple WR at once in the Maint. Console is confusing at best. You select multiple WR and click the 'Update' button. Then select 'Add Craftspersons' (not add time) and it opens a second window. The second window is fine, but it returns you to the Update window. Now what? They have to click the 'X' to close or click 'Cancel' - neither seem right. Customers instead are clicking the 'Update' button to close (since they did make a change by adding time). That is then updating all selected WR's description to blank and…
