  2. As a System Administrator
    I would like the ability to turn on/off automated Service Request emails
    So that employees won't get confused if end users do not have Serraview access.

  3. This should be a Secured Action to access UserVoice/Request a Feature or Community or Support through the Help Menu.

    In addition, perhaps the Support link could be customizable to lead the User to the appropriate place.

  5. It would be great to be able to select multiple space types at a time to push defaults. For example, we regularly push to default for the workpoint count, but each space type has to be done individually. This takes unnecessary time.

  6. At the moment every time we create or change someone’s access it results in the person receiving unnecessary emails. Additionally when creating account we don’t always want to send out the invitation straight away due to outstanding training etc ad we don’t want them having access until the appropriate time. Are we able to make the email function in Workplace admin manual?

    I'd like to give users the ability to add or remove tags from certain entities (people, teams, etc.) without having to give them full edit access.

  9. In the new 3.0 Org Unit Hierarchy, it would be great to have the Cost Centre information in its own column and searchable instead of needing to select individual Org Units to view CCs. Previously in v2, it would display in brackets next to the Org Unit Name.

  10. It would be nice to have a pop-up window to let you know you are about to be logged out, or to remind you that you need to log back into the system. I've had occasions where I come back to Serraview to upload a drawing without realizing I've been logged out. It would be nice to know in advance or to be able to continue your session by performing activity within Serraview.   11. And admin should be able to assign a single secured action to a user without having to assign a complete role. Many times you need a person to have exactly the same access as an existing user with the need for that user to have one more secured action or one less.

    In these cases I've had to create a role with one secured action in it. This has happened multiple times which means the list of roles increases to the point of massive confusion. It would be far easier to have a few standard roles, and the ability to…

  13. As a System Administrator,
    I'd like to be able to convert users from SSO to Normal/SSO
    So that I can allow users to log in manually, even though the instance is set to force SSO.

    Currently, we need to submit tickets to support, but it would be more efficient if client administrators could do this themselves.

  16. As a buyer of Serraview, I'd like as smooth and quick of a deployment as possible. The product should support a "DIY Deployment"when possible as well. Some ideas include:

    • streamlined export/import process with fewer columns (just the key ones)
    • self-help configuration with just the necessary options
