Reinstate the 'Undo' button
In 2.66 there was an undo button which is completely missing in 3.0. To have undo button is helping when doing several updates at once and is really import and frequently used by end users. Please add it to 3.0.

Create & modify space shapes on floorplans
Supporting workplace environments who have constant changes (e.g. daily, weekly) on their floorplans such as movable furniture. Need to have the ability to update existing floorplans without the need to import an updated CAD file, i.e. add pre-defined space stamps, resize it, rotate it

Dots on dedicated spaces
Previously dots were in VBS only on workpoints, now the dots are on all the spaces that have charge rule: dedicated allocation. Often the dot is much larger than the space itself (e.g. on drawers) and it covers the space completely and also it gets visually mistaken with workpoint. Please remove the dots from dedicated spaces.

Cancel or Stop Generating Report
If a user accidentally generates a report or inputs the wrong parameters, it would be nice to have a feature which allows the user to stop the report from running.

Display primary location instead of no known location
When searching for People in Locator, display that person's Primary Location (as allocated in Workplace) and last seen XX mins/hours ago instead of "no known location"

DWG Download
Ability to download DWG for users with specific roles.
9 votesNot something we are looking to support within the Spaces App (replaced Space Viewer). This capability already exists via the Buildings & Floors app when you go down to the floor level you can access/download the DWG files.

Show names on booking for floorplans
We want to be able to search for someone and know where that person booked a seat.

Lease Administration
I'd like my workplace management system to include the ability track leases. A "light" lease administration package also would allow me to enter recurring costs, export rent roll reports, and be alerted to critical dates such as lease end dates.
4 votesWe do not have any immediate plans to build a leasing module at this stage. We rely on third party leasing systems to feed/import leasing information into Serraview, the source of truth & management of that information sits outside of Serraview.

Report on Reporting
Currently, I am working on "cleaning up" the reports list within the each user role. That having been said, I am finding many seeded reports are outdated (predating the 3.0 UI). Can a seeded report be developed to report against the "ran reports" within each client environment?
Perhaps create an Excel report outlining the qty of times each report (seeded and custom reports within each environment) has been ran by users within certain date parameters chosen?
The purpose of cleaning up reporting to eliminate unpopular reports, is to make the very-long list feel less overwhelming. This will guide the users…

Import Utilization Data at the Allocation Level
We collect utilization data anonymously at the team allocation level. We'd like to import that into Serraview

Note there are other ways this could be potentially be achieved using existing functionality i.e Custom Fields against teams + team import.
This information can then be reported on. Later once we support Custom Colour By in the VBS, we could create a custom colour by view to visualise this information in the VBS.

New Space Type - Ergonomist Room
Recommending new space type "ERGO CARE CENTER" under our existing space type category 'Medical Practices'.

Add a new tab in Locator, Find a Team
It would be great to have the ability to search for team members as we do not have dedicated neighbourhoods so our employees can choose whether they work in a focus, transition or collaboration work setting for the day. It will make it easier for Managers to find their team.

Single-phase Scenario for Workplace Basics
Since VBS has auto-save and no "undo", consider allowing Basics customers access to a single-phase version of Scenario Planner.

Reservations list
As a facility manager or admin, I want a list of all of the reservations - both meeting room and desk (hoteling) - so that I can see the spaces that are being reserved, when they're being reserved, and so that I can cancel reservations as needed to free up space.

not working like it should
I am looking for an associate's location and there is no search feature to look for an associate location on the home page. Very confusing and not user friendly.

Can you add a sort feature in people view to sort by "ghost" on the floor so they can be quickly removed?

Engage Booking Access - Reservation Not Checked In
In the Spaces module under Engage Booking Access, it is helpful to see which reservations have not been checked at a glance.
I have attached the PDF so you can quickly identify which desks have not been checked in and investigate.

Insights is the preferred platform for accessing reports on Engage activity.
