iOffice and OfficeSpace both have added this feature and it is being requested daily by prospective customers.

System should automatically highlight the max number of allocate-able spaces that fit the user entered requirement. Once highlighted, the user should have the option of exporting (to excel) that list of spaces (including the buffer spaces as a second tab), adding a tag (selected from list or created using prompt) to those spaces, or changing their space type. The exported list of spaces should include total squarefootage flagged as usable, total squarefootage that was classified as "buffer, as well as workpoint totals for each.
