Configure Moves on New Service Request Form
New Service Request Form: ability to change the names of large and small moves on the form and hide/unhide the large/small move options.
We don't conduct small individual moves so having this visible will encourage all such moves to be raised as a service request.

The ability to customise the New Service Request form is now available.
Section titles and questions on the New Service Request Form (including Serraview standard fields) can now be created or removed, marked as mandatory and re-ordered.
Move related configuration can also be hidden from non-move related request types.
This customisation can be different for each service request type, so each request type can have a unique service request template.
