MFA Support
Certain businesses are required to follow regulatory guidelines regarding cybersecurity; one such guideline, New York Department of Financial Services Cybersecurity Regulations (23 NYCRR Part 500), requires that any platform hosting non-public data from covered entities (such as employee PII) must be protected by MFA. Most folks can handle this via their SSO configurations, but there are cases where that is not feasible. In those cases, the ability to deploy, at a minimum, a TOTP phone based authenticator token would be greatly appreciated.

Security: split access for File Upload and Service Request attachments
Within SV security, uploading files via File upload is coupled with uploading attachments in Service Requests. The action "General - Can Upload Files" covers both. This presents issues when giving access to lower level SR only users.

Import standard image file formats (.jpeg, .png) as floorplans
Client feedback logged 04/01/20:
"Ability to use image file (e.g. .jpeg, .png) for as built floor plan, space inventory management, occupancy planning, move management, space allocations/chargebacks, free address/hoteling, and utilization tracking."
Current Workaround: Serraview currently supports both AutoCAD and Revit formats for floorplan imports.
