Allow Neighborhoods to be specific to buildings
I would like to have an option to limit the Neighborhood display to a specific building so that it doesn't show under all our buildings/locations.

Space Types Feature
It would be great if when hovering on the space types, the only space that shows in color would be the one we're standing on, with all the color of the other space types turned off, so it would be easier to locate the rooms we're looking for on a plan. I am suggesting this because if the plan is big, it's challenging to find the rooms using the current space types option, especially If it's a small room.

Bigger map, please.
When creating a ticket and you are in the "Request location", can we make the map bigger than 4"X4"? Like the giant user-friendly map in an actual service ticket.

Planning Reserved Highlight
I would love to see the Planning Reserved highlight show on the floor plans in Space when viewing Occupancy. This will alert end users/floor admins that the space is reserved. While we have demo'd this feature on numerous occasions, we have had duplicate space requests for the same space. This would save time if the highlight showed on the occupancy plan instead of toggling back and forth. Many users forget the feature exists. Thanks!

Allow admins to change the sort order of the Building Filter dropdown in Space Availability. Or default to the assigned location of the logged in user, so users could more easily find their home office when booking a reservation

Archibus Workspace Work Order Issued - automated message needs to include Location and Person requesting
Add Location and Name to work orders. Not having this information causes more work for those being informed.

Mass Download Copy Request Files
Add a way to mass download files from copy requests. At times we receive requests with upwards of 100 attachments. Downloading individually is slow and unreliable.

Dynamically add repetitions of the same additional field (Service Request)
Dynamic field setting in the additional fields. Some of our service requests need up to 12 pieces of information, of the same type. Today, we manually set this up as ABC1, ABC2, ABC3 etc all the way to 12. It would be more elegant to allow this to scale and add another line each time one is filled out, so that the service request form is "smarter". Meaning after ABC1 is filled out, ABC2 shows up as optional. Fill that out, then ABC3 shows up.

Masking names of Handicap users
We are using iOffice for both workspace reservations and parking. We have a neighborhood in our parking garage with a member group using Handicap parking spaces. We would love to see a feature where the names of these users is masked when they make a reservation to maintain their privacy

asynchronous Eptura Workplace certification
External and internal certifications in the operation/manipulation of your software. An example is Microsoft gives certifications to users form their apps. PowerBI, Excel, etc. anyone can get a certification on through the Microsoft Learn platform. What if Eptura offered a certification (beginner, intermediate, expert) to their own employees and offered the same certifications to their external users/companies that use the platform? I work for Synovus Bank, and we use Condeco and Eptura for move management, work orders, and reports. The assets, agreements, and reports tabs are underutilized because there is a lack of formalized training on how to use them.…
