  3. Almost every client with whom I have had the privilege of working has requested a better way to differentiate more clearly between their production site and their sandbox environments. Is there a way to vary in background color by chance? Thank you for your consideration.

  4. Add the ability to duplicate a Service Task. For example, clients can duplicate a PM; however, they cannot duplicate a Service Task to then create a slightly different Service Task.

  5. Please add a Service Task Import Tool within Eptura Asset. Currently, the data team can import Service Tasks in mass; however, the client cannot import Service Tasks in mass.

  6. The text in the browser tab title remains English after changing language preference to Francais. In the below image, you can see that the Asset page text is in French, but the tab title is in English.

  7. Currently, can add the User and Sites; however, CANNOT add security roles. Extremely time consuming to add security role on all Sites for Enterprise clients. API development requested.

  8. Enhance Admin Permissions to be more granular in Lightning.

    In many cases, a set of admin permissions will come packaged. Meaning you can't have one without the other. For example when creating a maintenance plan, we would want the ability to add/edit but not disable.

  9. Some Enterprise clients want the ability to prevent the majority of their end users to reach out to Eptura's support team. Rather, they want the end users to go through their super users. They want only the super users submitting support tickets.

  10. Currently, both the Work Order and Purchase Order Modules default to ACTIVE WO's and PO's. There is an option to search "Last 30 Days". Otherwise, there is an "Advanced Search", which includes a 500 record limitation.

    Please add options in the dropdown to include: Last 60 days, last 90 days, last 120 days. Thank you!

  11. Under the Work Order Management module there is options to add columns for customized views. Currently we cannot add a column for the Requesters (Name of requester) only request # however I still have to go back each time and check who requested it if I need more information. This helps us filter Work order by requesters

  12. Have a task that will automatically assign to all new WO/PMs when they are created. Task example would be; Tools are clean and sanitized, work area has been cleaned/ sanitized to QA standards, all tools, parts have been accounted for.

  13. Please add the ability to UPDATE the budget year over year. Manually, this is incredibly time consuming to update the next year's budget per site. Enterprise clients maximize their use of budgets.

  14. I wanted to share an observation regarding the current process for adding new parts to the inventory.

    At the moment, creating a new part takes a considerable amount of time because every detail has to be filled in manually — such as part number, description, type, brand, status, part name, storage location, cost, and then linking the part to an asset. When many parts are similar, this becomes repetitive and time-consuming.

    In the previous system (HIPPO CMMS), this process was more efficient. It was possible to copy an existing part and only update the fields that were different — for…

  17. API specific 'playground' or 'push/publish' function to verify API functionality/changes.

    Because the API has the ability to create data points, there should be safeguards, sandboxes, or playgrounds in place that allow for testing before feature publishing.

  18. The ManagerPlus API v2 currently supports GET and POST for /Assets, but returns HTTP 405 for PATCH/PUT methods. This prevents programmatic updates to existing asset records.

    Use Case:
    We need to bulk-update asset fields (descriptions, statuses, etc.) for our 2,400+ asset inventory without manual UI edits.

    Requested Feature:
    Enable PATCH or PUT on /api2/Assets/{assetKey} to allow updating existing assets via API.

    Expected Behavior:
    PATCH /api2/Assets/{assetKey}

    Would enable automated data quality workflows and reduce manual administrative overhead for maintaining accurate asset records.

  19. We need the ability to make API calls that retrieve or set any and all fields associated with asset records, including standard fields, custom fields, budget fields, hierarchy fields, and any other asset properties. Currently, the API documentation doesn't clearly expose all available fields or provide comprehensive endpoints for accessing the full asset schema. This would enable:

    -Bulk operations on all asset attributes programmatically

    -Complete asset records in API responses (not truncated/limited)

    -Field discovery without reverse-engineering existing assets

    -Integration with external systems that need to read(at least)/write all asset data (including status/state)

  20. Currently the Open Form Portal option leaves lots of vulnerability for hacking or malicious malware to be introduced by uploading attachments. A good feature to ADD would be the ability to add an ON/OFF button to enable the ability to allow attachments to be uploaded or not via the portal. That would give users the ability to choose what works best for their company.

    Right not you have the On/Off function for everything else, so I feel that adding it for attachments should be a simple an easy way to assist with the vulnerability issue.
