Buyer cannot access asset details such as serial or model number thru the w/o module.
Would like manager plus to have the ability to access the asset details thru the w/o module by clicking on the asset description attached to the w/o. This is helpful to the buyer who may need this info if he/she is ordering parts for the w/o and vendor requests it. Would streamline the process so you wouldn't have to go in/out of screens to gather that info.

For workplace generate work orders – the due date that is issued on the email should be populated into Eptura as the Due date – otherwise th
When a Service Request is sent from Workplace the priority of the request sets a due date. The due date does not come over to Asset and populate the field. These two things should stay aligned and the operator in Asset does not have visibility to the due date in Workplace

For workplace generate work orders – Requestor name and details to be visible in Eptura.
When the Workplace Service Module send a request over to Asset the name of the person submitting the request should be included and visible to the Operator in Asset

Need the ability to look at the information from each site on the Work Order Dashboard, not everyone at one time.
The Work Order Dashboard should have the ability to separate the information per site, when you have multiple sites. We need to have the ability to look at the information quickly for reporting to upper management.

Add ability to update the reason on Asset Downtime
When an Asset is placed Down, a Reason is required. However, there is no way to update/edit the Reason. If a user makes the incorrect assessment originally, the Reason field cannot be updated/edited by an Admin, permissions based.

Generate multiple Work Orders for same PM Schedule
The system does not allow multiple work orders to be generated against the same PM schedule, which limits planning and scheduling capabilities.

Portal Email Notifications
Currently the portal notifications are sent to either one person for all sites or a separate portal is needed for every site if the notifications are intended for a different email address. Would be nice to select several sites and set which email they go to. Seems like there is alot of requests for portal updates.
